Well, there Is a Hart's Chicken, In Baytown, Tx. I've been visiting there since, 2019, when I mov3d back home. Everytime that I hv visited there when the manager, Jimmy Diaz has been there, the place Is SPOTLESS. Before I moved away from Baytown, I would visit Hart's Chicken, for lunch, n dinner. I was ALWAYS treated with RESPECT, by Jimmy, n his crew, no matter what time It was, r what Shift was there. I've visited 3 other Hart's by the way, but this one, on Garth Rd In Baytown, has been the BEST one. The 2nd BEST one for me, Is the one In Dayton, Tx. They are just ads friendly, as the other Hart's Chicken, that's located In Baytown. The other 2, that I hv visited, on Alexander, n In Liberty, was NOT FRIENDLY to everyone, n the food was very blend. Their service at the Hart's that's located on Alexander, In Baytown, was SOOO NONCHALANT. Like I had to spend my money with them. NOT!!! The Hart's In Liberty wasn't so hot either, but their attitude was better than the one on Alexander In Baytown. Anyway, If you want the BEST BAKED/FRIED Hart's Chicken, fried livers, fried gizzards, fried okra, n hot wings, then Garth Rd Hart's Chicken Is the place for you. I ALWAYS dine In, lol, because the atmosphere Is good. Thanks guys, for making me feel like, I had cooked my own home cooked lunch, r my home cooked dinner. Jimmy Diaz, you, n ALLLLLL of your crew members, no matter what shift they are on, you guys are ALWAYS, clean, n well stocked, with fresh food on the buffet. Keep up the great work you guys. Placed an order just to wait 20 mins later to inform me they're out of chicken thighs ,they replaced it with wings I told them I need 4 or 5 wings if so, after that my order was still wrong, "the manager " young Asian guy was Very rude and angry because they messed up my order ,just being ugly. This place needs older supervisor, with better attitude.

The staff wasn’t friendly at first but they eventually came around. They were nice enough to cook all fresh food for us and even serve us when it was done. I will recommend that the staff clean under the tables in the designated buffet section. Cleaning that area will cut down on flies and besides, Its not very comfortable stepping on crumbs and old food. I’m sure fixing those hiccups will draw in more customers. “just a thought”

First time going drive thru childish people taking my order the food not even good no flavor whatsoever I can only imagine if taking ur order they play around imagine how they handle food ..
The hot wings were cooked to order. I don't think I like the hot sauce that comes with them. The cashier was nice and polite. I would go back just for the chicken.
