Hartz on Alexander is under new management. Both times I've eaten here since, the food is fresh, the store is clean and the staff is friendly. They've reopened the sun sitting area in the store as well.

New management, new customer service, it's great! The manager there really was an awesome guy and his team was very friendly and helpful. I highly suggest if you haven't went to Hartz in a minute you need to go now! I will be back for that buffet no doubt.

They have changed so much. My food was cold, the recipe changed, and there was no chicken breast offered. I go there because of the food being hot and the chicken breast being offered. As long as they serve these and the food is hot. As long as they serve it hot, I will eat there. But not as long as it is cold. We got charged $28. sum odd change. I didn't even get a senior discount.
