We checked Yelp before heading to IHOP and saw that there was no wait at this location. But when we arrived, we were told there was a 30 to 45-minute wait. What’s the point of having an online waitlist if the restaurant doesn’t actually use it? It doesn’t make sense.
If IHOP offers this feature, they should keep it updated so customers can plan accordingly. This was a frustrating experience, and they need to do better.

So I went there to pick up my food and I was sitting there as always and this lady and walking around otp with her lil friend or boyfriend or something and me and her mad eye contact and she kept walking away as if she didn't see me and didn't say nothing didn't ask me nothing

Me and my fiance met an amazing server, Her name is violet she's very sweet and knows how to keep a conversation. She kept checking up on us and how we were doing and if everything was okay, The best server I have ever spoke to and plan on going back! If you're going to dine in ask for violet.
I came in yesterday and my server Carlise was so kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu and when I come in again I will be asking for her !!!

Had eaten here many times before, but today, the atmosphere was pleasant and cheerful. All employees were calm and professional. Kudos especially to our server, Jessica. She greeted us with warmth and took care of us right away. We were surprised at how fast our order came out. We were beyond pleased with the exceptional service. The manager on staff was young and very composed, calm and professional. We were impressed and truly enjoyed our visit.

I came here for pancakes.After all, it is the international house with pancakes, right? Well, I'll never come to this location again. That was the worst breakfast I've ever had. I think I'll go to denny's.And they're not much better, but they are better.
