I recently visited IHOP and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and the food arrived hot and delicious. My server, Mariela G, was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect. She made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my meal. I would love to come back and hope Mariela G is always my waiter!

We went to the Menifee CA I HOP and at 6pm my husband ordered a steak dinner and it was not until we ordered that we were told they had NO vegetables but he could order a salad. When the salad came it was lettuce piles of chopped tomatoes and many slices of red onion. I asked if they had croutons and was told no. The mashed potatoes were a child size portion. I ordered a chicken quesidilla which was the least amount of cheese I have seen sprinkled on the tip of a stale tortilla, burnt poblano and red bell peppers. I tried to use pan coins on a child's meal and I told him I had opened it and that the code was there and he said no he insisted on doing it again and then there were 2 kids meals and he said oops sorry they don't refund it even though he made a mistake. I told him I had lost over 150 pan coins because when ever we try to use it the "system" is down. He offered no way to fix it and told me I could only use one. This was not the first multiple errors or bad food we have had at this location. We will not go back.

They recently decided to discontinue the gluten free pancakes. The only reason I went, their response to my questioning about why is hopefully you will find something else! Lol, there is no other reason to go to the international house of pancakes. 🙄 I know they won't miss me, but I hope they lose a lot of business over this.

First off there was this young lady of African descent who couldn’t understand anything I was saying. She was the hostess. She was on her phone the entire time. The waitress omg young Caucasian lady. She was sooo rude!!! She had no customer service skills at all. She treated me like pure crap on the ground and her mouth was smart as hell!!!! And even after all of that I tipped her and she was still rude!!! I ordered an omelette and it was pretty good but idk I may never come back here again. The time was 8:30 pm January 6 2026.

I wanna say my waitress Kadyn was amazing! She was a very sweet person and very attentive. I had a bad experience with the other waitress Raye who was there. I walked in with a party of 6, one of the guests accidentally bumped into a Christmas blow up snowman they have by the register. Raye very rudely told her not to touch the snowman. Even if she touched it on purpose her hands are not going to pop it as humans don’t have razor blades as finger nails. It’s was just a innocent accident that happened since we were a large group of people piled up in a small space waiting to be seated. Raye did not display good customer service or seem like a good teammate. She had a horrible tone when talking to Kadyn. Someone has to coach her. Other than that the food was good. I couldn’t leave the restaurant without touching the snowman. See Raye…I touched it and it didn’t explode take a chill pill 🤣
