First I ordered fries had to tell him about five times a order of fries then I ask for extra marinara for my cheese sticks got charged $.50 extra for two one of my tacos was all ripped out of the bag and I never got my marinara not even one the man look very dirty and lost will not go at this time again

curly fries were crispy and fresh taste. I had a couple jbcs and the sprite was the best, it was weird. how was it fizzier than a mcdonalds sprite? Maybe the machine was tweaked to perfection recently, no idea.

So i went through the drive through got my food and asked for ranch which i been going to this jack in the box for over 10 years and not once have I ever been charged for ranch on the first time asking for it the lady April told me I had to pay so I asked when did they start charging for ranch and she couldn’t tell me all she could say was im doing my which I had just went 2 days ago and didn’t have pay for ranch the first time asking for it
I frequently go to this location for tacos, today there was someone new at the drive thru that told me ranch doesn't go with tacos and tried to charge me 30¢ per ranch. I've been eating buttermilk ranch with tacos for over 20 years and never paid extra, that lady be trippin. Never coming back.

Went through the drive through and got the Monster Box and told them we wanted ranch dipping sauce. Get up to the window and told them again ranch dipping sauce. The lady in the drive through tells us she put ranch in our bag and well she lied! If you don't like your job then don't work! Lady was very rude in the drive though!! Don't lie to someone just because you don't want to do it! Tried calling the store to talk to the manager and just keeps ringing and ringing! Mozzarella stick isn't even filled with cheese like a mozzarella stick should! Won't be going back to this Jack in The Box!

Went for 2 southwest salads and 2 large sweet teas, 1. the large cups are not large anymore, 2. they tried to give us 2 unsweetened teas, 3. I guess they had to rush to make the salads because they made it with the same shredded lettuce that they use for their tacos and no black beans or corn, I didn't see it at the time so when we got home we were very disappointed. We will never go back there again, so now this is the second jack in the box in Baytown that we won't go to. It's insane how unprofessional they are getting

I tried the new smash burger and it's was terrible. Not the idea but the servers who served did not take pride in their work. Very little sauce, bread was dry, patties was not fresh and the burger was shrunk old and crumbly looking with a unforgettable tainted texture. I'm disappointed cuz I use to like Jack burgers.
