I went to the Jack in the Box on 3601 N Main I had some rewards points to use and their system never showed that i ordered online even though i showed them my phone confirmation order after waiting over 20 min my whole lunch it never came up they said so i left with no lunch very disappointed customer how do i get my points back

This Jack in the box never has anything available tacos were out curly fries were out iv been here twice to try the Nashville hot cheese sticks and everytime were out of those does anyone do proper ordering to make sure there is enough that is unacceptable

Room temperature food and the tables were dirty. It was obvious the meat had been cooked a long time ago. The cokes/drinks tasted off (another customer complained at the front). I won’t go back to this location.

I ordered a mobile order for two jumbo Jack’s and a classic waffle fries and a regular iced sweet iced tea. Got home. Realize the drink was not sweet. It was nothing to eat the waffle fries, and I returned to the establishment to receive the drink that I could drink service horrible customer service horrible
