The food is amazing and the staff are incredible nice but the restaurant is a mess you can barely stand there for more than 3 minutes really hot the air conditioning is not working for long time now and sometimes the smoke inside don't let you breathe. The owners really need to do something

I went and ordered some food a few days ago and it was so hot it felt like they had the heater on so i couldn't enjoy my food inside and had to eat in my car. I went again today and the samething it actually felt better outside. The restrooms are also always dirty They need to do better.

This jack in the box is missing workers, food, they don’t accept card or their system is aleays down!! Their services are very poor!! I try to give them lead way, but for the 6 years that I have been living in Baytown, they have consistently disappointed me!!!

Don’t come here. New young guy is super nice and attentive with a great attitude but why is there a woman with a lit cigarette prepping food!!!! She didn’t even try to hide it when she was walking around which tells me she does this often and has no care for food safety!! absolutely disgusting.

The 2 new guys who worked tonight was absolutely wonderful! Attitudes were great! Food was fresh! Great experience. Glad they finally hired some good employees.
This is all I received. I bought two Munchie meals and only received a curly fry and an ultimate cheeseburger. I didn't even receive the other munchie meal or the drinks or the tacos. What is really going on in this world. IF YOU DONT LIKE UR JOB THEN DONT WORK.. LET SOMEONE ELSE WORK THAT IS GONNA DO YOUR DAMN JOB BETTER THEN YOU.. BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS TRASSSHHHH.
