Waited a while for someone to answer me at drive thru never hear anyone. Drove up to window and asked if they couldn’t hear me the girl said o i couldn’t reach my mic on time.

The patty is as thin as a quarter.
The cooks here are not good. They put so much butter on the buns you can't taste anything else, it's especially noticeable on the chicken sandwich, it makes it taste so disgusting. I have no idea how no one has said anything to the cooks about this yet. This is also one of the locations where the managers don't care about quality and the microwave is used at every opportunity especially for value items and after the sun goes down. (It's impossible to get a nice crispy value chicken sandwich here, absolutely out of the question. It will be microwaved and saturated in soggy butter flavored oil drenched buns.) If you really want jack in the box you should make the trip to the other location on Main about 8 minutes away where you'll actually have a 50 percent chance to have your food prepared properly.

I legitimately have no idea if the fire that burned down the first Jack in the Box cursed it, but each time I've been there which is three has been terrible. First time I went, I basically waited 10 minutes just get no answer. Drive off and not getting anything. The second time my card got declined even though the money was in my account. Third, they don't have the freestyle Coca-Cola machine, so you don't have much Choice when it comes to drinks. Would not recommend this location. Absolutely sucks. Whoever owns this franchise, do it better.

Went thru drive thru , order was quick but got back to eat food was cold did not get order correct only thing consumed was drink. Curly fries cold and limp, tacos cold and too hard to eat and burgers were cold, buns were soggy. Waste of money and time. Go somewhere else unless you want drink.

This is 4th time I have come here to get breakfast and nobody answers the drive thru speaker then after 10 minutes I drive to the window to see a bunch of workers laughing and then get mad they have to take your order. WORST DRIVE THRU IN BAYTOWN 0 stars if I could horrible experience always

I experienced a long wait time, which was a bit frustrating, but Yolanda made the whole experience so much better. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. Her kindness really turned my day around, and I truly appreciated her great customer service.
