There’s no reason I should be waiting 45 mins when there’s only 2 cars in line at 11pm. As a manager there should be a way better plan in place. Whoever is running this store is by no means qualified. Hire better employees.
I would easily give a zero if I could I have Been three times and had to leave each time due to no one answering you would think the amount of reviews on this specific topic they would do something about it. i’ve worked fast food before and I hate when customers have zero patients but damn this is over the top

Every time I stop here there is a problem. No employees, drive thru is closed. Eggrolls are not available because they are frozen. Rude employees that do work. The Jack in the box on W Baker Rd and Decker is worse.

Ordered Uber, munchie meal. Didn’t get complete order. There was so much oil in the bag, it looked like they fried the tacos, put them in their packages and then dipped each one in oil & stuck them in the bag. There was enough oil to fry a chicken!
