Went through the drive-thru for breakfast. When I got to my job which is less than 10 minutes away I opened my sandwich and it did not look cooked. It was cold and the hashbrown was oily and cold as well.

Line always takes forever, food has lost quality and is less & less each time, I got a coffee and when I asked for creamer it seemed like I was asking for a free burger.

I went to the drive-thru. After a while, I noticed the line was not moving at all. It was a long line, too. I decided to go inside the lobby only to realize the doors were locked. This is not the first time they have done this. I don't know what the rules are there, but I worked fast food many years and we were never allowed to close the lobby early, much less close it all together, even if we were short-staffed. But we had excellent workers so we made it work. I love Jack-in-the-Box, and although this location is the most convenient, it's also the worst in service, so I just don't really go anymore. The few times I've gone, their service was slow and poor.
This reflects poor leadership. They need to fire all their managers and replace them with people who actually know how to manage a team. Or they ought to just shut down this location and replace it with a better restaurant with good service. Maybe a Raising Canes!

Typical jack-in-the-Box. This has to be one of the worst locations. They don’t follow order instructions, especially for deliveries. I have reported to corporate several times, but no resolution they need to do better.

Jack n the box use to have excellent burgers but now barely anything in the burgers and the prices went high! Understand prices go up but at least keep the burgers the way they used to be.

This location and the location in anahuac have got to be the worst 2 jack in the boxs I've ever been to. The customer service sucks, food is always cold, never have anything available they advertise, most of the time you only get half the stuff you order and no one ever answers the phones to be able to get it fixed. Personally think both location should be closed or start hiring better workers. People don't like spending there money at restaurants for half ass service.
Lazy people in the morning. Waited line. No one talked on the drive thru. Went to the window and someone was there waiting too, so I figured maybe it's just broken speaker. Not once did the window open so the truck leaves. I go drive up. Someone is there but just focusing on her phone not acknowledging anyone.

We pulled up at 10:45 pm to drive thru and the lady in the speaker said she was only doing uber orders what does that even mean ??? I mean if she is taking she’s taking orders that means they are cooking that means they are in service. So they are supposed to be working and taking everybody’s orders not justUber right ???
