Jack n the box use to have excellent burgers but now barely anything in the burgers and the prices went high! Understand prices go up but at least keep the burgers the way they used to be.

This location and the location in anahuac have got to be the worst 2 jack in the boxs I've ever been to. The customer service sucks, food is always cold, never have anything available they advertise, most of the time you only get half the stuff you order and no one ever answers the phones to be able to get it fixed. Personally think both location should be closed or start hiring better workers. People don't like spending there money at restaurants for half ass service.
Lazy people in the morning. Waited line. No one talked on the drive thru. Went to the window and someone was there waiting too, so I figured maybe it's just broken speaker. Not once did the window open so the truck leaves. I go drive up. Someone is there but just focusing on her phone not acknowledging anyone.

We pulled up at 10:45 pm to drive thru and the lady in the speaker said she was only doing uber orders what does that even mean ??? I mean if she is taking she’s taking orders that means they are cooking that means they are in service. So they are supposed to be working and taking everybody’s orders not justUber right ???

I went thru the drive thru around 10pm 12/27/24 The lady came on the speaker and said, " Sorry, but we're only taking doordash orders" I didn't even get to place an order, and there was only 1 car in front of me. I don't understand why you can't serve a customer that is at your establishment. I left disappointed!!!

We walked in to pick up some fast food and saw a family Puerto Rican sitting around obviously mad, complaining that they’ve been waiting two hours for their food. We walked out! This business will not last. Will call corporate.
This place is always slow. The inside is outdated and appears to be dirty. Food is on par with the rest of the franchise.

The Spring Rolls are delicious and goes very well with the vanilla milkshakes. The service is very professional even if I have trouble with the language. They are very kind and understanding. In a month I’ve eaten there at least twice a week.

I don’t like leaving reviews but honestly I have to this time. I order the number eight, just plain for my sister and they ended up adding bacon, mayo and mustard. Mind you she’s allergic to mustard. So I got down and asked them to remake it because she couldn’t. I was told that if I wanted a new burger I would have to pay for it. I’m sure it’s not the employees fault but what kind of policy is that? Rather go somewhere else next time.

They seem to never have ice Fries are always cold They seem to also forget to add cheese to a cheeseburger The parking lot is atrocious Needs better management Workers always outside smoking by the door . Lights outside don’t work at night They never have curly fries They might as well shut the place down and put a McDonald’s there instead, that way we’d expect all of this . SMH.
