My first time to eat Jersey Mike’s. I ordered ahead via their mobile app. Simple process. I ordered the #26 bacon ranch chicken cheese steak. When I arrived it only took a few minutes for my order to be prepared. This sandwich is just not good. Other than being extremely salty, it’s bland and flavorless. Not sure if it’s the bacon that’s so salty but it’s practically inedible. I don’t know that I’ll be back.

First time trying Jersey Mike and it didn’t disappoint, everyone was super helpful and friendly. I was hesitant to stop by 30 min before close but that didn’t phase them at all!

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub shop, by far. And the sandwiches they made for us tonight are some of the best Jersey Mikes sandwiches we’ve ever had. Damn, that was good. Thank you!

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had at a Jersey Mike’s location in years!!!!! I’m not only appalled and frustrated, but I’m hurt and I feel completely disrespected!!! I order my sandwich the same way meat and veggies on the side and the bread separately so my family can eat it later. Not only was that too complicated for the employees to make correctly but when I called back Jasmine (who said she is a manager) told me there’s nothing she would do to fix my order because she didn’t make the mistake and that the General Manager Earnest denied my order to be remade. Initially when I placed the order I ASKED to speak to him to have my sandwich made and was denied and when I arrived they KNEW the order was mine. It’s so sad that an establishment with minority employees and alleged ownership not only refuses to prepare food ordered by the customer a certain way but also refuses to fix THEIR mistake.😠
Now after Jasmine has hung up in my face when I requested to speak to Earnest on the phone I have wait until tomorrow to get some assistance and figure out what I’m going to feed my family. It’s just sad that customer service has fallen so low.
UPDATE: NOT ONLY WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT GENERAL MANAGER EARNEST WAS HE LETTING ME KNOW HE’S COULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY INFORMATION TO CONTACT MANAGEMENT AND HE WAS TOO BUSY TO TALK TO ME DURING THE LUNCH RUSH BUT THAT I NEEDED TO REQUEST NICK MORA TO CONTACT ME VIA REVIEW AS HE IS NOT GOING TO GIVE ME ANY NUMBER TO REACH HIM. NICK IF YOU WOULD BE SO KIND AND PROFESSIONAL AS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. APPARENTLY INFORMATION HAS BEEN FABRICATED TO PROTECT EMPLOYEES AND NOT TO SIMPLY MAKE A SANDWICH CORRECTLY. ALL I WANTED WAS MY MEAT IN A SEPARATE BOWL WHICH SEEMS TO BE TO COMPLICATED FOR THE STAFF AT THAT LOCATION.
After spending $228, the service was crap. The massage was not more than a few minutes, left with large toe messed up and polish all over toe. Also asked for a dip, which didn't happen either.
