Went in last night, Oct 9 about 8pm, I didn't know what I wanted and the guy with the funky hair was very helpful, actually got me in a good mood and was very professional. He made me his personal favorite chipotle sandwich and it was great. The staff was great, thank you for my one little bright spot in my day!

I have food delivered almost daily from many places in the area , every person I have dealt with has been cordial and well mannered. Today was an exception, I placed an order online for pickup. It was cancelled by Jersey Mikes. Then the app said they were closed. I decided to go inside and let them know that the app said they were closed. I assumed its something a manager would want to know. I was ignored and cutoff durimga converstion with the only other customer in the store. (There were four employees )when ibegan to order I was corrected on the name of the sandwich. So if you want a California Club say "cali club" apparen the short way to say it. (Duh) I asked if I could replace the bacon with more turkey or ham he said no it would be an extra meat charge. He said what you want is a club. No, I wanted the avocado. I then asked if I could see a calorie he told me to look online. They did have which was untrue because another employee walked up with an infographic gjougbit was still not offered. I said it's fine just leave as is. The rest is I requested for another person to make the sub he said im the only meat cutter. I asked if he was the manager he said yes. I said that it was rude to cut people off when they are speaking just to let you. know. The whole atmosphere was inviting me to just walk out and say forget it. No, thank you or mention of a misunderstanding and lol no bacon on the sub either! I do not plan on ever returning or recommending this Jersey Mikes to anyone. (Baytown Garth road)If they really are from New Jersey maybe they should go back. There are plenty of places to get a sub in Texas with 5 star sevice.

I love jersey Mike's! My first time at this location, my husband asked Cody who was assisting us on what his favorite sandwich was and told him that is what he wanted for his sandwhich. And wow!!! It tastes so delicious! Just like he said, we will be back for more, and we sure will! This service was the best service I've received in months! Thank you, Cody, for your delicious and amazing idea for a sandwich! You will see again real soon!

Okay- 5 stars!!! All the way!! Talk about a great Subs location, Ernest made me the #17 Philly and kicked it up a little - WOW! making a great Sub even better! Ernest’s who made my Sub, this creation will be my “Go-To” Sub from now on at Jersey Mikes’s. Go try it - it’s delicious!

Me and my wife were looking for a place to eat before going to the grocery.....If you know, you know. We picked Jersey Mike's and it was our first time trying their food. It was excellent. The staff was really helpful with the selection of sandwiches. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
