I’ve been waiting 40 minutes for my order that I placed AHEAD of time specifically so I wouldn’t wait, this is unacceptable. This location is on one of the busiest roads in Baytown, yet only two people are working. The owner needs to step up and either hire more staff or reconsider operating if you can’t provide quality food and efficient service. Never giving this location service again. High DO NOT recommend.

Waited over an hour for a horribly made pizza and customer service was horrible. Employees sitting and on their cell phones and getting coffees delivered to them. Saw cars in drive thru waiting for over 10 minutes just for someone to even help them out. I know little Caesar’s ain’t the best but damn these guys are trash. Straight booty juice. Dominos would never.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! Placed an order online! Waited OVER AN HOUR, already paid, for them to say they don’t have the stuff ready yet. AN HOUR!!!! All it was was 2 basic pepperoni pizzas…. This location is absolutely HORRIBLE and the staff does not care!!! Where is management and how can you operate a business like this?!?! Everytime we go we have to wait 30+ mins but over an hour is unacceptable!!! Got a refund and NEVER going back to this location!

I give this place 0 stars I’ve order pick up at 7:15 went to go pick it up at 8:30 my pizza was still not yet to be done , he was taking long to come to drive thru when it’s only 1 customer in their he kept getting on his phone and didn’t come to the window til 10 mins later for him to tell me it would be ready in 30 mins . So I rate this place 0 stars the staffs was horrible

Crappy customer service, got charged for stuffed crust and didn’t get it, pizza cut completely un even. The guy who charged me looked like he wanted to throw the pizza at me when I said hello. He seemed miserable and after getting home and looking at my order it showed in the quality of food. Never going back here again. If you don’t like your job then freaking quit but don’t take it out on the customers or the food.
I visited Little Caesars to pick up a pepperoni pizza, expecting a simple and smooth experience—but it was anything but. The service was appalling, and I felt completely uncared for as a customer.
There were only three employees working, and it was obvious they were under the influence of something. Two of them were in the back eating pizza instead of helping customers, while the one employee at the front seemed more interested in pocketing money than providing honest service. I saw him take a customer’s cash and put it directly into his pocket while I was at the drive-thru window—completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I can’t even trust the quality or safety of the pizza I purchased, given that they were all visibly high while preparing food. This reflects very poorly on the management for allowing employees to work in such a condition.
I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning to this location. Something needs to be done to ensure customers are treated with respect and food is handled properly.

The boy behind the counter refused to let me pick up my order in the drive-thru even though that's how i placed my order. Stating it was closed. Then the same boy or man child behind the counter bad mouthed me and laughed that i had to get out of my car when I came in. This store needs a serious change. It's been terrible for a while. Just go to Domino's. Pay extra for your pizza and get better service.
