If I could give no stars I certainly would . It takes hours to get your pickup order . Nobody is prepared to work its all games for these people . Literally sit and play around without making 1 order tons of people walk out every day

DISCLAIMER: expect to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour when ordering here. We ordered online at 1957 and expected the two extramostbestest with cheese pizza at 2035. I arrived for pick up at 2040 only to wait behind 5 people in line! Some were waiting to place an order, some were waiting for pick up, and some were door dash. I didn’t get to talk to the cashier until 2100, THAT’S TWENTY MINUTES IN LINE ALONE! when I finally talked to the cashier she said it will take another 30 minutes to make the pizza! THEY HAVENT MADE THE PIZZA WE ORDERED AN HOUR AGO!! I got our pizza at 2130. Ten to 15 minutes for pizza order is fine, it’s okay, they are busy and behind. But 50 minutes for two orders of pizza is a problem at the managerial level. Google needs to update their rating system so we can give NEGATIVE STARS, because this place would be -5 stars.

I would give zero stars if the allow it.They were out of 2 of the 4 items and charged me before telling me they were out and I didn’t want anything else. This little careers is the worst and they are all pretty bad. The manager there won’t even give you her name because she knows she was in the wrong.. Don’t waste your money or all the time you have have to wait for food that’s cold and nasty. I will never go to Little Ceasers again.

horrible. unorganized. i was told two pizzas were ready one hour later i was told they only had one pizza ready. lobby was full and no one was being helped. i left two hours later with my pizzas. thank you to the young man who gave us a free pepsi though

They always slow and your order is never ready and the drive thru just need to go or they need more help with that it’s no way I should had been in the drive thru for 30 mins

Ordered ahead of time, it was a 30 minute wait. I get there and wait until it was supposed to be ready. I asked and she said their system was down, and that it would be an additional 35 minute wait. So I got a refund, went to Dominoes and got my pizza in less then 5 minutes.

6/19/2025, between 4 30 and 5 00 o clock, whoever cooked our pizza did an AMAZING job. I've never had a Little Ceasars pizza this good. Usually, there is a bunch of sauce and the proportions aren't quite up to par, or it gets over cooked, but this time was absolutely perfect. Thank you, to whoever it was that cooked our pizza. I hope Little Ceasars can keep up the great work that I experienced today.

I asked for 3 pepperoni pizzas they gave me two pepperoni pizzas, one pineapple pizza, and then one of the pepperoni pizzas was burnt and the lady that took the order said it was gonna be 20 minutes It took a whole hour everybody after me got their food and then when I ask how long it’s gonna take for mine she walk off go to the back start talking and eating and then came and then slammed it on the counter and then on top they had a long line at the window and a lot of people waiting inside and no food was made because they was too busy talking
