Was just told that even though you order ahead of time they will not start making them until you get there these are prepaid pizzas just terrible I have never ordered there and not needed a refund.

Put an order in at 430 for 615 thinking when I would get out of work I can just go and pick it up nope went to go get it and it wasnt even ready and than they gave me the wrong pizza i ordered half pepperoni af cheese they gave me half pepperoni and half cheese sticks never goin back ever again Little ceaseara has gone down the drain for me.

I ordered our pizza and paid for it over the app at 5:45 pm to have a pizza & movie night with our kiddos. We went to pick up pizza an hour later when app showed pizza was ready for pick up. We arrived and they told us they didn’t know what happened but the pizza was not ready and we had to wait another hour. At this time it was 7:20 and we still had no pizza and no refund ! Absolutely the worst I will not be returning here again. It wasn’t the first time this happened !

i guess the ‘N’ in Hot-N-Ready stands for “never” because this location NEVER has any pizzas ready. no matter what time and day. i can come as soon as they open, in the middle of the day, or evening time. no pizzas are made. EVER. & if i wanna place an order for one, it’s at least 1hour. MINIMUM. ??♀️

After ordering online. Site shows my pizza in the over for an hour. I decide to visit the store to wait another 45 min until i decide to ask for my pizza. After several minutes they found my pizza over cooked dry and cold. First and last time i will visit this store big fan no more.

The wait time for a pizza everyone is saying is true I ordered my 2 pizzas around 3:30 and got it around 5:10 but I'm in there watching the manager I think it was go back and forth from the kitchen to the register while she listens to people complain and go back to cook she has a lot of patience to listen to people complain who are ordering 5-10 pizzas at a time which could explain the wait time for your pizza. The people that kept complaining the most were the ones ordering all that pizza. I didn't have an issue with mine at all but if you're gonna order all that and complain while theres only 2 people working by the way just go to another little caesars or any other pizza place and bombard them with your ungodly amount of pizzas and shut up

This has to be the worst little Ceasars in America. I really don't understand how this place could be ran so badly for so long. The minimum wait time is a hour even if you place a order through the app and they never have a hot and ready available. Isn't that what makes little Ceasars little Ceasars a Hot a ready? its ridiculous...took 2hrs today for 2 pizzas to be delivered 2hrs smh. I'd seriously rather just drive to the other one at this point.
