Every👏🏽Single👏🏽Time👏🏽 We order Doordash from this Luby's they substitute something we didn't ask for or completely leave things off our order. I have never once received a correct order from this place. Apparently, they don't care either. Their rating on Google is just as bad as the one on Doordash. The reviews are OVERWHELMINGLY telling management that their staff is not completing orders correctly and they do nothing about it. The missing items, missing gravy, missing tartar sauce, and random substitutions that people didn't ask for have been an issue in reviews going back to 2021. Five years?! Five years of customers complaining about the same things and nothing has been done. When this place shuts down, the owners will probably still be confused as to what they did wrong. Do better! Every other restaurant on Doordash has no problem contacting their customers for a replacement if something is out of stock, so why can't you? Why are so many people missing items from their orders with no explanation or refund? It seems scammy to me. I was missing my fruit cup today and it clearly shows I paid for it in my Doordash order history and it was not refunded, yet Luby's took it off the ticket attached to my order when it was delivered. Did they think I wouldn't notice? I wonder about this... Since its not the first time it's happened. I'd like an explanation from the owners. Publicly.

Was out driving my mom around town running errands. We stoped at this luby's for a late lunch. The food was fresh and displayed nicely. The service was top notch. Wonderful experience with mom. Thank you to the staff for being extra nice to my mom.

I love lubys, been coming here since I was a teen. The variety of food and freshness is always so good. The desserts are awesome. The people are always nice, is rare when someone is rude. The only negative observation i can make is how I hardly see people there. We need to support our local, hometown restaurants because they are slowly going away.

We had such a wonderful experience at Luby’s Baytown location. The food was delicious and the service was attentive without being overbearing. What really made our visit special was their private dining room- it was the perfect space for our gathering. The staff went above and beyond especially Ralph, Natalie, and Brianna to make sure everything was seamless. Thank you for everything!
Me and my family stop in to eat the servers behind the line was nice greeted us with smiles as we to pay first the cashier did not speak was just looking at us first my friend paid she keep looking at the portion of food that was on her plate so next my daughter quick to tell her how much that’s when I said we together just rude so my friend went to get another piece of fish which we was going to pay for it but the instead of her waiting she goes behind the line proceed to talk about us to the servers she racial profile us when we came in then she sent the lady to tell us we had to pay for the fish okay we was like how she said 7.99 for a piece of fish really I ask to speak to the manager told her how she was rude how she went behind the line and talk about us radical profiled us the manager apologize said she was going to speak to her and ask how could she accommodate us we was like don’t worry about but thanks anyway just know if I’m every in Baytown again me and my family will not return the cashier was Jacqueline.

Out of all the Lubys Kingwood Conroe everywhere The Luby’s in Baytown is the greatest. The new management is awesome.the newest manager over the top I drove all the way to from Cleveland, Texas to Baytown, Texas to eat at that Luby’s. You want the best chicken mushroom Madera and the best people Isabel a server is so awesome so sweet and so kind she’s been there forever she’s God sent
