My visit today was by far the best experience I had. Not only was there so many delicious food choices to choose from, everything was freshly made with perfect flavor. My always go to is the chicken fried chicken with macaroni and green beans. Today I switched up a bit and did brocoli cheese casserole with a lemon pie? Oh man loved every bit of it even my husbands fish. After talking with the MOD Raman, I know there will be many more days like today! I highly recommend eating at this location. Thank you to all the staff! You guys did an amazing job today!

Worst oxtails I had in my life. Threw out the entire food as the oxtail meat was old and salty, rice was stinky. Wasted $27 completely. Oxtails combo is $24.99 which is more expensive than authentic Caribbean food corners in Baytown price for oxtails.
Atmosphere: not clean and in need of major repairs. The trays are old and cracked. Overall looking like in desperate need of help.

I haven’t been to Luby’s in awhile. We stopped at Luby’s for dinner after my work meeting. My recent visit was excellent. I dropped my tray of food accidentally when I got to the checkout counter. The cashier named Amy want above and beyond with her hospitality skills, and got someone to help clean up the tray and she got me new green beans. Also George one of the staff helped picked up the tray and the food. This is great customer service and support. I’m definitely coming back.

This site is not customer focused. The staff does little to no interaction with customers. The manager was the same. I waited several minutes for him to look for the pie I wanted. I look around again he was at the register and when I asked did they have the pie. He told me again he was working on it. I didn’t want to spend my entire Sunday waiting for my request to still remain unanswered.

Ordered chicken tenders with new potatoes Luann and vegetable soup. Arrived at the hospital with food for my mom they did not send any soup and substituted the chicken tenders for chicken legs and mashed potatoes instead of new potatoes. When I called the said they didn’t have tenders or new potatoes. That would have been good to know at the time the order was placed.
