Yahaira was the waitress, The restaurant was not busy, but she was so slow. I just think she needs to move a little faster and be more attentive to her table. We had to ask twice for water then she only bought one and we had to ask for another. We had to ask for plates for our appetizers. I just think that it could be consistent.

everything was good but, we had a party of 6 adults & 2 children (3mth old & 3 yr old) which they called it a party’s of 8 people. We don’t & shouldn’t count kids in a party.
Look at your purchases before you pay your bill, they added their own gratuity. In which I had them take off & add my own gratuity. Otherwise, it would have been double the gratuity if I wasn’t paying attention.

Service was alright. Food is terrible. They cannot make good shrimp or fish. The food has a funky taste. I assume the only thing that’s worth eating is all the fried food with tartar sauce and cocktail sauce so you don’t taste the actual seafood itself. If you’re drinking booze and eating fried dishes I’m sure it tastes fine.

Today, Thursday, March 6, I came to dinner with my husband and my children. They brought the food to my children and my husband and me 30 minutes later, the waiter Andres. I don't know what happened to him, we lost him. My husband never gets upset and today he just asked for the bill and didn't even eat. We never saw a manager, before it was a manager who was walking around the tables, very friendly, asking if everything was okay. Today we did not have that attention. We arrived hungry to taste your food, we left in a bad mood and my husband and I didn't even have a good dinner😐

Food is amazing and fairly priced. Great portions. Only criticism is the music is beyond lively, it's just loud and takes the vibe to an annoying level. Server was slow and talked way too quiet.

Asked for lemon for our iced tea and fried fish,was told they were out of lemon. A few minutes later the table next to us received lemon with their order. So I went to the bar and asked for lemon and got lemon. Our waitress passed by our table and didn't look to pleased. It was our first time there don't think we will be back. I understand if you're out of lemon but when other people are getting it with their meal that's not right!
