Ice cream was so melted, pitiful, literally running all over my hands while I paid for it. Won't visit this location again
I had to submit the review for both the pages marbleslab creamery and great american cookies, but its the same location. We picked up a cookie cake at Garth Rd location in Baytown and it was a hit! The cookie was soft and flavorful, icing was just right, and the design came out great. Would definitely order again for celebrations.
The ice cream was good, but the customer service was great. My elderly mother dropped her ice cream when I handed it to her, and they made another one for her with no fuss and no extra charge.

Very quick, very delicious, and a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and Alyssa especially made sure that our experience was positive. 10/10 will return.
Went in Saturday night and there was a bit of a line. That wasn't a problem the 2 young men handling it were very friendly and were taking care of it. But the girl who was just standing at the register was very rude and had an attitude when I was trying to get checked out. She needs to be taught customer service and how to be a team player with her coworkers.

$17 for a brownie sundae and an extra brownie. The brownie ls were so hard I couldn’t cut through them with a spoon. I had to use a knife and by the time they were in bite sized pieces the ice cream was a soup.
I’ve cream was a weird consistency- sticky goo kind of. The staff was really sweet-but ice cream nothing like we remember

When I went in yesterday, Ever served me and she was a very good server. She had a great attitude and just a great atmosphere overall. Wonderful place to get some ice cream! Had great customer service also!
