Ordered a large Big Mac meal & the Big Mac nor the large fry had to Monopoly piece on them!!! So pissed off!!! Food was fresh and hot though but that wasn’t the reason I got it!!!

I do believe I have found the worse McDonald's in Baytown.. Everytime I have gone to this location the food is cold, the fries are old and not as ordered, and they can't even get my coffee right.. I ordered my coffee online with directions.. I guess half and half along with a shot of expresso is too much for people to handle.

Don’t go to this McDonald’s. Every time I come here I literally have to wait 15 minutes at the last window or park and get left out there. It’s honestly absurd. If we’re waiting that long the food should at least be hot and consistently is not. Also the sassy man manager shouldn’t be a manager with his sarcasm to guests. Really slow, extremely rude, worst McDonald’s experience time after time here

GREAT PLACE STOP GET BREAKFAST AFTER LONG NIGHT OF DRIVE A TOW TRUCK
I had a terrible experience at this place. I waited way too long for my food — it felt like forever just to get someone to take my order. On top of that, the employees had a serious attitude problem. They were rude, unprofessional, and acted like helping customers was a burden. This was honestly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I’m sitting in the inner lane at the drive-through when somebody came out and put cones right in front of me so not only could I not go forward I couldn’t get out because the outer lane was still open. Who the hell does that? If you can’t keep up then at least wait for the line to go down. I was one person away from the window go to the one on Baker. It has better service.

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s came here a couple times and the food wasn’t all that today I placed an order thru the app for pickup and by time I got it and sat down to eat it the food wasn’t warm and it was hard. Something needs to change or employees need to throw out food that has been sitting too long my McChkn biscuit tasted like it was old and had been sitting all morning I used to work for McDonald’s so I know there is a certain time frame you need to throw out after a certain time not reheat it and serve.
