So its becoming a common occurrence that this location doesnt take orders anywhere between 1am and 5 am(it varies). Now once in a while i get. Technology has updates, messes up, has wifi issues whatever.... But im talking several days a week. My husband tried to go through tonight and was told once again that the system is down. Did mcdonalds decide to stop being 24 hours? Its starting to look that way.

Went just now, at almost 3 am after working 12 hrs. The young man, the manager was the politest and most proper person I've ever come in contact with at a fast food restaurant. WOW. This is the kind of service that deserves recognition!! Outstanding service!!

Manager literally did not care what was happening. She was on her phone texting while more than 15 people were standing waiting for their order.
Once we finally received the food, we threw the nuggets in the trash.. they were cold and as hard as a rock.

I ordered a medium mocha frappe, and they gave me a small instead. I didn't notice until I left because of the small s sign on the side of the cup. Such a rip-off, and I hate that I spent my time from my lunch to just deal with this. 😡

What can I say about this location 🤔. Let's start with customer service. There isn't any. Every time I've been here, something is wrong with my order. Either my food is cold, they are out of certain sauce for burgers, or my order is missing something. This time, I went and received my order for breakfast. They forgot my hashbrown, and I'm eating and guessing what I'm eating, a long piece of hair. Called them and she asked me to bring the food back, but I wasn't able to. I was home and told the lady I could come back tomorrow, and she said I had to bring the food. Really, I wasn't keeping that.
I came into your store on a Thursday ordered a number three bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal I received my meal no hash brown no bacon I called the store. Spoke to a manager. They said they were replace my meal so I came this morning, which is Monday and your Hispanic female Manager was very disrespectful and rude and I still have to pay for my meal because she said that y’all don’t do that.

Went through through the drive thru placed my order and was given the wrong food called up there and was told they would fix the order just come back when I got off work went back and talked to the manager named Barbie and she said they do not fix wrong orders or write names down to come back to get your order fixed very unprofessional not good business practices
