This place is filthy. The food prep counter had food all over it. There was food on the floor. The drink station was nasty, and the lemonade, lids, and napkins were empty.There was not a clean table in the house, and only two tables were seated. There were 2 people behind me in line. Not to mention I had to wait to be rested and have my order taken.Definately do NOT recommended!!

This is the best mod pizza in Houston. It's super clear. It doesn't smell nasty behind the glass. The cooks are extremely good, clean and following directions and they all have good energy. I'm traveling 30 minutes just for the service and that isn't a problem with me. Rock on

While I topically have a really good experience here…My guess is that the staff today is hung over from Christmas. I offered a pizza online to be picked up. Get here and it’s ready soo I grab it and head to the car. I go to grab a piece while it’s fresh and it is a completely different pizza than what I ordered. I double check the receipt and it says my name and the pizza I ordered on it but the pizza was not at all what I ordered. So here I am…waiting for my pizza to be made all over again. I ordered online because I didn’t have the time to wait…yet here I am being forced to wait….AND I TIPPED WHEN I MADE MY ORDER which pisses me off even more. I tipped them to almost get the wrong pizza. ??Update: Thank you Tim for taking accountability for the mistake with my pizza. I appreciate your apology. ?

Staff for the service line was horrible. It was like slow motion and I could barely hear her speak! I informed her 3 times I was not able to hear if she could speak up! Then I get to the register and I’m asked did I need something! Wow!!! Honestly, I didn’t respond and just waited to be cashed out! Never again for Garth location!! Mont Belvieu MOD IS SO MUCH BETTER!!

Sloppy and just thrown together like if employee just didn't care since it was an online order!! Never again will I step foot in a MODS they have really disappointed us on the last 3 online orders!! time to move on for sure!

I keep going back!!! I love that you can personalize the pizza.... the staff is nice. But I kinda need to tell them to space out toppings or put them closer to the edge. But too much is in the center of pizza its flimsy. So gotta space out the toppings. I don't like huge crust on the edges and u can get a better crisp crust and firmer pizza which makes it easier to eat. Try the tristan and dominic!!!
