I order the 5 cheese ziti to go after my meal when I get to work and open it up looks like it has one cheese if I pay for something I expect to get what I payed for this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues

I’m not sure what is going on with service at some of the restaurants in Baytown but most of (not all) the service has gone downhill especially at this specific Olive Garden, I haven’t gone here and expected much in a while, but last night in particular was the worst it’s been in a long time, the food is always just ok and service is usually ok. Last night we were seated rather quickly as it’s not really busy here often, we asked to be seated in a booth and they said that would be ok, but the booth that sat us at was kind of in the corner, no big deal, we waited about 15 minutes before our drink order was taken, the waiter that took our drink order informed us that our waiter was busy and would get to us shortly but he would get our drinks. We waited about another 10 minutes and still had no water, and had not seen our waiter, while 2 other couples were seated in each side of us being waited on by the waiter that got our drink order. Not sure exactly why he would be waiting on the tables on either side of us and not us. Either way that particular waiter was very rude to us right out the gate. Manager did not seem to care at all. I can’t imagine why it’s the least busy restaurant in a 10 miles radius.

It took an exasperating 45 minutes just to receive our appetizers, and to top it off, my food was prepared incorrectly. The customer service experience was utterly disappointing!

Prices have doubled to where most plates cost $20+, and for that, u dont even get enough sauce or salad dressing, and the breadsticks are always cold and hard.

Ordered soup out server jojo bought it out it was COLD sent it back for HOT SOUP COLD AGAIN ole had to hunt our server jojo down no check ins on us. Had to wait for refills of drinks and bread. Finally got my food shrimp scampi and the shrimp had shells on them. Ask for more breadsticks never came. Was done with the food and service once shells on my shrimps and had to keep asking for the breadsticks. $90 for food and I feel like I was robbed. The manager didn't show empathy care or concern. She made excuses and offered a gift card for return visit tuh... I will not return to that LOCATION EVER!!!! Jojo is slow and doesn't show she wants to do her job. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING AND IM BIG ON THAT!!!

We went at exactly 10pm, and we ordered what we usually do, so it made it pretty quick for the waiter, but for some reason, he was being a bit rude. I called him over politely, and he just side eyed me and went to the other table, and even when he brought us our salad, he blew raspberries over our salad, which was disgusting. Guy with the man bun I hope you learn to be a better waiter and have some professionalism next time!
We went last night for Valentine’s; my hubs and I with our 3 kids. We knew it was going to be a busy evening but we wanted a nice family dinner. Jack was our waiter and I can’t tell you enough how wonderful he was. Being it was a busy evening he was extremely patient, so nice, friendly and attentive to whatever we needed. He would apologize when he was a little late on something but it was no big deal we completely understood he had other tables to wait on as well but still took great care of us regardless. We still had a wonderful family dinner like we wanted. Thank you Jack and Olive Garden for wonderful service!
