Placed my order through the app then went thru the drive thru to pick it up. I was asked to park and told they were packing it up then. After being parked for over 10 minutes I walked inside to find out that my food was packaged and set on the shelf. Got home and there was hardly any chicken in my bowl it was basically all rice.
After witnessing an employee put noodles off a plate back into a nearly empty bowl of noodles only cabbage left. I asked to wait on fresh bowl. She refused to take my order and suggested waiting until fresh bowl was out. I said I'll go somewhere else, then floor manager stopped me and said they could take my order. Then him and the employee started talking Spanish to each other, I made the call to leave. This Panda express has lost my business forever. Good luck.
From all the panda express none has ever give me bad service or food many od them are exelent in all ...just location or place change but is not their fault some people is just too much....but they are tru to their brand 💯
