horrible service- the manger is awesome But the servers are horrible. I walked in - server was fixing his shoe laces - never acknowledged me. I had to go over to him and order. Then he couldn't find my phone # & said that I didn't have a reward # - had to call the manger who showed him how to find it. Then he gave me my coffee cup & proceeds to start fixing his shoe laces again, before fixing my bagel. Ugh

Terrible service. You place your order and it's not ready when they say it is, and then they make you wait much longer. You can't cancel the order once you've already paid for it...but it's only here at the Baytown location on Garth Rd.

I use to come here after highschool, and the place is just as cozy as I left it !! Staff are always nice and always happy, makes me feel very welcomed. One staff however, his name is Chico. Very friendly, very verbal, very laid back!! Though, all I'll say is to keep the plate, away from the face.. while he does speak calmly and very vibey, sometimes that could release spit and get in the food. :(( very unsanitary. But other then that awesome awesome AWESOME! love the Chedder Broccoli soup.

Wheelchair accessibility: All accessibility parking spots are parked near the ramp! And double doors making it easier for that access.

Ordered the Pick Two! The Mediterranean Chicken Greens with Grains salad was super fresh and delicious. Mac and cheese was a satisfying pair to my meal. Kettle Potato Chips came with it, which I had as a snack later on. I'll definitely be stopping by again soon.

LOUANN HARD

Front counter person was not polite. Could barely hear her and didn’t acknowledge a happy face. Just “can I help you”. Acted like she didn’t want to be there. All other personnel seemed happy. No customer interaction skills at all.

I'm a disabled in a wheelchair, needed a to go box, went to the counter, and no one could see me because counters were high, so I rolled up beside the counter where I could save at someone, and some lady NOT in a uniform tells me from across the restaurant that I'm not allowed in the kitchen, and I said I know I'm not that I was trying to wave someone for a to go box. Got ready to leave and asked for Corp number, that same lady said it was a franchise. And I asked for that number and the poor girl at the counter I was asking looked scared and that same lady said there wasn't one, and I just told the poor girl that I didn't feel very welcomed in there with that lady yelling at me from across the restaurant and I said I wasn't stupid I know how to get the number, that SAME lady said I wasn't welcome there again. I ONLY go there to eat with my son when I got to the doctor every month. NEVER AGAIN UNTIL they get rid of that problem and have people with disabilities NOT feel bullied.

Went through drive thru took 30 min. to get to the window. I asked the girl why is it taking so long and she starts giving me attitude and excuses. I go inside to see a manager and the girl at the front counter must have gone through this before cause she was trying to act like the manager so I wouldnt talk to her. I walk to the back and the manager never acknowledges me I see the girl from the drive through and she continues giving me attitude telling me this isnt fast food and if you dont like it go somewhere else. Manager never even looked at me. No wonder Chick fil a is killing it. Food being as expensive as it is customer service is key.
