This place messed up my order then I live 20 minutes away, so I called them and I say hey, what’s your name? Just wanting to know who I’m speaking to they say I don’t need to give you that information and then ask me. what did I want and then said I’m hanging up goodbye no I would never go to this one again ! Pizza was cold on top of that. Never

I was notified by the app. My order was ready when I went inside. It was still being cooked so I had to wait for about five minutes, which was fine. I always check the pizza before I leave. I had asked for extra cheese, which was on there and extra sausage to me. It does not look like extra sausage and I asked the guy who made it. He says yes it was and I showed him and asked again I said are you sure this doesn’t look like extra sausage to me he says no it is. He wasn’t straight up rude, but he wasn’t pleasant either
The worst Papa John’s that I ever been to I waited an hour for my food. I order two large pieces when I receive my order. It was the wrong piece so then I had to wait another 40 minutes because the associate didn’t want to give me a refund now I see why little Caesars is always packed

I walked in and ordered a pizza and other items. The male manager with the pink hair was extremely rude and cancelled my order because it was a “walk in” order and he wasn’t doing walk in orders. I took my business elsewhere.

Ordered heart pizza online, got there few minutes after Pizza was "Ready" only to be told itd be a few more min, which was fine....almost 10min later still waiting, the guy grabs one thats been sitting in other order and slides it on new box and hands it to me. TERRIBLE! Never again!

Absolutely horrible service. Lucino who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I called twice. The first time he told me he didn’t have the order and I was calling the wrong store. I called back with the order number that he refused to take and all of the sudden he found my order. Mind you I order the 2 for $22 for delivery and he claimed it was ordered as carry out. He continued with the attitude by saying that he doesn’t have a driver anyway. He was rude when my husband went in to pick the order up that was now 2 hours old by this point. Terrible terrible customer service. Call to management and corporate tomorrow. So unprofessional.
