The last 2 times I ordered, all the toppings were on one slice of the pizza and the rest of the pizza was cheese, I gave the 1st one a pass as maybe a new employee, second time forget it, asked for a call on the survey, nothing... You can't order ANYTHING in app anymore they don't care!

This was the worst pizza ever. I have ordered several times from them with no problems. Today I ordered delivery and this pizza went in the trash. The thin crust was so hard when you tried picking up a piece because obviously they could not cut it through because of the crust being so hard and tough you picked up the whole pizza. Will never order from them again. That was $35.00 in trash. Plus it was so greasy. And, driver did not follow instructions.

Lucio, the store manager, was extremely rude during my phone conversation with him. I was respectful and polite while trying to discuss some accommodations, but instead of listening or offering assistance, he repeatedly hung up the phone on me. His behavior showed lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service.

This is un-ironically the worst pizza I've ever had. How do you screw up a medium pepperoni? Why is the crust sweet? Maybe I just don't like Papa Johns, but man we got it up in the woodlands and it was bomb; The one from Baytown was just horrible

Couldn’t do card over the phone , so I had to go pick it up, after doing that coming back home, it had a terrible taste chemical like and then a bad aftertaste so I had to go back up there to get my refund for it, only had a couple of bites out of it, last time I had gotten it was really good this time terrible. Bad enough to take it back ! I don’t buy something for it to taste bad I’ll buy something for it to taste good it’s simple. Don’t need anything extra. Don’t want anything else. I simply want it to be as you made it for yourself. It’s just that simple no excuses at all I don’t care there’s no reason for it.

This place messed up my order then I live 20 minutes away, so I called them and I say hey, what’s your name? Just wanting to know who I’m speaking to they say I don’t need to give you that information and then ask me. what did I want and then said I’m hanging up goodbye no I would never go to this one again ! Pizza was cold on top of that. Never
