I stopped in on Friday and ordered some 3 different types sushi and a combination plate. Waited for my food and they told me it was ready. I grabbed my bags and left. After getting home with my food I was missing my combination. I called them and a female answered the phone, I told her I was missing my combination and she gave the phone over to a man who said “oh yes, it’s right here”. I returned to retrieve my missing food thru the drive thru as there was no one in line. The female opened the window and I explained that I was there for my missing combination. She rolled her eyes at me and said “it will be awhile, the kitchen is closed.” I looked at her is shock and told her I just called and the man said it was right there. She then told me “Don’t give her attitude it’s not her fault” I then told her I just drove all the way back for this food and she doesn’t even know anything after I just spoke with her on the phone. She slammed the window and spoke to the man who pointed at the food. She grabbed it and came to hand it to me at the window. I then told her she needs to know what the hell is going on before she opens HER mouth with ATTITUDE. She got more upset and told me to get out the hell out of there an just leave. I then cussed at her and left. I’m sorry but first of all they made the mistake and secondly to get mad at the customer for it is crazy! Thirdly the man who seemed like the manager just stood behind this female and alloyed her to yell and cuss at me, so unprofessional! Never will I support this establishment again!

We went there and sat for about 5 minutes with one of the workers sitting there next to us making to go packs and never brought us a menu or acknowledged we were there. There were workers in the back cooking that saw us and nobody helped us so we left.

I have been coming to pineapple express since it has opened. The food has been very hot in fresh until today. I ordered the house lo mein, Orange chicken and egg rolls. The house lo main what's cold. The orange chicken was overcooked in needed extra sauce. Not satisfied with the service at all. Then I brought my mother to try out the food. And she had to warm the food up in the microwave. We stay around a corner from pineapple express this is ridiculous.

Here is my reason for the one star, your customer service with the little young girl up front is very disrespectful to seniors. I've been there twice... I'm new here from out of state and this has happened twice now with her attitude problem and the disrespect...so there for I'll take my money elsewhere...
