First time that I've eaten at the restaurant but my company has catered in several times and the food is always very good. Really enjoyed the restaurant also.

Service was good.... I had the gumbo.. with Lil crab claws.. something was off about claws.. and the potatoe salad had been in frig to many days.. it tasted like it wasn't covered... Ground meat for the salad in a shell.. was very dry... It's a nope for us..that day.. Told the waitress our issues.. even wrote it on the ticket... the outside of restaurant.. was unkempt..

Pipeline is a great spot and pretty reasonable priced too! Love the lunch specials and the drink specials during brunch on the weekend. Truly can’t beat $3 alcoholic drinks. The service is kind of hit and miss, but it’s mainly kids so you can’t really blame em. Actually kind of happy to see a place employee so many young people. To be clear, it’s NEVER bad service, just a little slow or aloof sometimes (again they’re teens).

I work in the plants and the company orders food from yall regularly. The chicken fried steak and the chicken fried chicken are always excellent. BUT, the chicken parmasan we had tonight was not good. I don't know if the seasoning was skipped because it taste like tomato paste and non seasoned chicken. I know yall can do better than that. One mistake doesn't mean the end. Still one of my favorite places to eat.

The food was awesome.. I had fried catfish and they were big ... With salad and Mac and cheese. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive.. the place is very active at lunch... Great place

Bugs in the unsweet tea canister/inside our cups. Also, cups were covered in a thick, slime/film. Surprised neither of these things were noticed prior to being served. Server apologized after being informed of the issues & confirming the bugs in the canister.
Food is good here. The place looks cool and is a whole vibe, but the sound just echoes off the metal panels on the walls and it's so loud. Every table has to talk loud because every other table is talking loud.
Went to a Team Building lunch here with my peers and was highly disappointed with the food. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Ordered chicken pasta. The portion size was very small. Maybe like feeding a toddler size. It was about five bites and done. Almost all sauce. The taste was good just not really any pasta.
