The manager, Erick, was absolutely the worst!! Not helpful at all. I had a complaint regarding my delivery order missing half my food and asked to speak with the manager. He refused to assist me and had one of his employees (who was trying so hard to be helpful) try and assist. It was clear the employee needed help but the manager would not. When I got to the store, the manager was no where to be found and only showed up when I was leaving. Manager apparently told employee to try and deal with it. I am a repeat customer and have never had an issue. 0/10 manager. 10/10 poor employee that tried his hardest to assist.

Like for real I need to talk to the manager that’s wasn’t there tonight I paid $40 for 3 large pizza and I’m a regular half pepperoni half cheese and extra cheese on all and I paid for extra cheese because the pizza been dry lately and I thought by paying the extra 2.25 for cheese that’s it wouldn’t be that I told the manager and he looked like he was on a substance are he didn’t care I need this handled immediately , ………let’s start off with paying $40 for 3 large pizza is insane , but given the time frame of my order which is usually 15 mins I arrived early with the app not letting me know anything about my order being ready , but as I notice when receiving my food that nothing was done correctly all the pizzas were cord board (stale) looking , and no extra cheese was added , which is what made me my order higher and when being told about the services / customer (me) not being satisfied , he just stared at me with a droopy look as if he was under the influence of drugs … I will be asking and calling for a manager that could actually help me with this issue because I am truly not satisfied with this experience at all as a loyal customer I should not be treated this way

My order was suppose to be delivered by 2:13pm I finally received it at 2:32pm and the delivery guy didn’t even apologize for being late. I asked if the traffic was bad and he said yes ma’am. So now understand that stuff happens but just saying something about why you took longer and why my food is cold now would have be nice.

This ISN’T the first time I’ve received my order late, one time it was almost an hour and no apology then either.

I placed my order at 10:30 a.m. and didn't receive my order until 1:30 p.m. Whenever I pulled up, the line was out the door around the corner. There was no organization. If I hadn't paid I would've canceled my order. Anyway, once I got home and opened my box it was 1 slice of pizza. I know that for a personal pan, it is supposed to be 4 slices, but you should have seen the disappointment in my face. I will never go to that location again... oh and it wasn't even good

ordered at 9:20, website said it would be delivered around 9:49. so far it is 10:30, no food, no website update to tell me where my order is. and when you call to find out no one answers and you’re on hold for 10 minutes just for the call to end. worst store ever it should be shut down at this point because that is ridiculous

I ordered a XL New Yorker pizza and buffalo wings after taking an extremely long time for the delivery person to deliver. They show up and the drivers 7 or 8 year old daughter is carrying and handing my food to me. When I get inside and open the pizza everything is off to one side as if it was dropped AND it’s not even the correct style of pizza that I ordered. I tried to complain and all I get is the phone ringing and no one answering. Worse experience ever

I ordered online and and delivery driver Marked my food as delivered and never delivered it at all and then the establishment re made my order and still didn't give my full order complete missing items spent over $46 Ander the driver took my food and pizza hut didn't give me my full order back . The food i did get was cold and tossed around
