this is the best pizza hut in baytown by far. the customer service is fantastic and all of the employees do their best to get the job done. not to mention the manager is insanely responsible.

Every since they started using Door Dash you can forget about every receiving a warm pizza. DOOR DASH DELIVERY SUCKS!! Takes really long to get the order. If youre lucky! If not, often times they cancel if a door dash person cannot be found to deliver. SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS will never order cold pizza again

THIS PLACE KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ordered lunch for an entire office of people - 17 pizzas - to be delivered the following day. The website reloaded as I was trying to place my order, and I failed to check and make sure that the delivery date & time was what I intended it to be. Embarrassingly, the delivery date & time reset to ASAP, and Chris showed up at my office 45 minutes later with 17 pizzas that I didn't need until...the next day. He was incredible. He was apologetic about the website, understanding of the mistake, and in general extremely cool. I called around and found a local school to donate the pizzas to and he even delivered them there for me. ON TOP OF THAT - This Pizza Hut remade all 17 pizzas NO CHARGE for the day that I intended. Every single person I interacted with during this situation was kind, understanding, and even though, technically, I made the error, they made it right. I am so grateful to them, it is so refreshing to have an absolutely 5-star customer service experience. Great job, and thank you!!

This is the best Pizza Hut i have ever ordered food from. The gentleman who took my order went out of his way and delivered my order himself to ensure that i was taken care of. I always have issues with ordering online so he compinsated with a discount and great customer service. This will be the only Pizza Hut franchise i ever eat at. Food was hot, cheese was melting off the pizza and it was delicious. 5 stars in my opinion..

So I ordered my pizza online and have a dozen or more times with no issues. The pizza is normally cold to warm at best but we eat it. This last time we waited 57 minutes for a pizza to be delivered. It was wrong and cold. I called store and spoke to a manager. He said yes sir I'm sorry you did get the wrong pizza. I will add a note to your number for a free pizza the next time you order but you have to call this store. Low and behold I called to get my pizza and there is no notations on my file. Last time I use this location and warn all to stay away. The service is horrible. I just order from pipeline and go pick it up.
Food was cold upon delivery, gave the driver a clean $20 bill asked for my change and he looked at me like I was dumb so I asked for it again. After transaction he come back banging on my door 2-3 min later claiming I gave him a ripped bill. Manager claiming he made my food for me and I told him my breadsticks don’t even have the seasoning on it and I told him it jus looks like bread

The pasta was the only thing alright in the big dinner box, the pizza was awful, guess they don't carefully read the instruction because i asked for light sauce and the gave me a pizza drenched in sauce and on top of that the bread tasted and felt like it was almost raw

If I could give it a 0 I would. They wouldn’t answer the phone at all. Went up there and was met with, “Its going to be at least 25 to 35 minutes.” Then they wouldn’t take my order. Stood there for 10 minutes at least waiting.

This establishments manager Chris has a group of people working here that are his buddies and let my son go after almost 2 years because he did t want to accomodate his schedule that he had from day one of being hired by the previous manager Trish, also my son has a legal dissability !
