Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

They gave me the wrong order, and they charged me for my two extra breads and extra sauce that I ordered, and also with the drinks they made a mistake, when we were at home it was too late. And the soda machine has been working for two months and the coca cola doesn't taste good, it doesn't have gas. I hope they fix that and improve their Drive-thru system

Baytown Garth Road by Walmart. Fast food. All locations are corporate owned. I have yet to have better chicken fingers than Cane's. Seniors can get 10% off but you Must ask before they total your order plus a manager normally must approve the discount = extra time at the order counter. Drive thru is often busier than inside.

We don't have canes in florida, so any chance we get to stop at one in Texas or wherever, we do, and it never disappoints!

I ordered 2 boxes and asked for ketchup and hot sauce. I asked lady at the window if ketchup and hot sauce were in bag she said yes. When I got home only 2 ketchups and 2 packs of hot sauce packets. Im not asking for a handful but just 1 per box is crazy.

I’ve given the Raising Cane’s in Baytown, Texas multiple chances, but I’m finally done. Every single time I visit this location, my order is wrong. Whether it’s missing items, the wrong sauce, or messed-up combo selections, there’s always something off. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not get what you ordered—especially when it happens every time.
The staff is usually polite, but it seems like the attention to detail just isn’t there. I’ve tried both drive-thru and going inside to order, and the results are the same. I shouldn’t have to double-check my bag every time just to make sure they got it right.
I love Cane’s food, but this location really needs to step it up. Until they can consistently get orders right, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
