The night staff is awesome. My favorite Watering hole..The manager is pretty cool an the bartender is energetic an sweat.Just wish they served Crab Cakes again

I’m sorry to say that this was the worst service I have ever gotten in my entire life. It was not busy they were only a few tables, and at least four waitresses. Our waitress was not attentive at all. 30 minutes in between the time she would check on us and that was only because we would request her by stopping another waitress. she would disappear for another half hour or more while we were waiting for what we had asked her for when we had requested her assistance. We were there more than 2 1/2 hours. I complained that the dressing was bubbly and tasted sour and I was told that it was a new dressing that everyone had been complaining about it. I’m sorry that dressing was no good! We Had to clear our own plates Onto another table that was full of dishes because we could not move anything around on our table and the waitress had not pre-busted. We were not the only ones that were upset there. The other patrons at the restaurant also were upset.Had to get up and get our own napkins and to go plates. And then had to wait another 20 minutes to get checked out. We told the waitress that we were needing it split up and she said that we hadn’t told her that initially, I told her she hadnt asked and she got an attitude with me told me that I wasn’t even there when she had attended the table and I had been there from the moment she took our drink order. That just goes to show how much attention she had paid to our table.We had ordered a juice for the baby and had waited nearly an hour before he got his drink. She blamed the kitchen for it. And I told her so who’s in charge of getting our drinks and she said she was so I don’t understand how she was blaming it on the kitchen. Im sorry but I’ve been a server before, and even if the restaurant was packed and understaffed you don’t just ghost your table you do your best to attend to them while they wait you don’t have attitude with them and you don’t disappear. I don’t think I will ever go to red lobster again.

I ordered food to go. The food was terrible! Frozen food from a grocery store is better with more flavor sadly. The pasta was dry and tasteless, the fried shrimp was gross, I have had frozen boxed shrimp that was way better. I haven’t had Red Lobster in a while and was super disappointed and instantly regretted spending $64! I could have gone across the freeway to Cheddars for good food and probably spent less ?Never again!

The service is trash because our waitress (patty) had no help we could hear her yelling in the kitchen for help but no one did anything to help her. Elvis the manager has the worst attitude and not welcoming at all. Elvis argued with us about the starter saying that we ordered stuffed mushrooms when we actually ordered the artichoke dip. Our food took an hour and thirty minutes to come out and we ordered a side salad and it came out when we got the check. When we looked at the check the manager left the charge of the stuffed mushrooms on the bill even though Patty told him to take the charge off.

I go to Red Lobster for their biscuits mainly. ? The seafood dish I had was pretty good. I had a taste for Lobster, so I was able to get Salmon, grilled Shrimp and Lobster. Dessert Chocolate cake, not bad for chocolate lovers. They need more servers around 4pm during the week.

The service when we entered was very uninterested in us the both where we were seated was dirty the food was cold and the butter for my snow crab legs was unsalted butter so the food had no flavor also the muscles was not soupy it was thick and dry very bad my Arnold palmer was like dirty faucet water it made my stomach hurt the restroom was dirty and hardly any toilet paper just very disappointed with this location it was gross ? ? ?it was very bad. The waitress she was nice.☆☆☆☆☆ to bad the location was not also they forgot to give me my side and didn't even bother to discount it off my ticket never going to this location again....

Love me some Red Lobster! The free bread they bring is to die for! I could make a meal out of it alone. Someone I eat too much of it and am full by the time my meal arrives! lol Worth it!! The food is good too! I especially like the coconut shrimp! The catfish and other shrimp is good too! The waitress smelled like she had smoked 100 packs of cigarettes in the last 10 minutes. That was off putting to be honest but she was super kind. Not super attentive but nice nonetheless.

Hadn't been to eat at any red lobster in three years, it was our favorite..food hasn't been good.. This time for our anniversary we decided to try baytowns and it was awesome! Server was pleasant, real nice.

I hate to give a 1 star. Restaurant wasn't crowded and we arrived at 5:41pm food didn't come out until 7:24 pm spoke to the manager. He said he'd comp the ticket. He took off the mushrooms. Honestly he could have left them on the ticket for that amount. Food wasn't hot. All food didn't come out at once, I will NOT be back 2nd time visiting this place, and definitely don't like it now. Get the kitchen in order and the floor employees.

We arrived around 730pm on July 28 2022 there was 1 couple ahead of us we we waited for over 5 minutes before someone finally came to the lobby. They seated us by a large lighthouse picture and the flies that were flying around us was unreal. The hostess came back and moved us to another area on the other side of the restaurant and told us they have some kind of problem over there and it's nasty over there she said. The Hostess that seated us who also turned out to be our waitress just had a reeking smell of marijuana coming off her. We waited for about 20 minutes before we got our 2 grand patron margaritas well we got 1 and the other was a regular one. The food came much later they forgot to add the extra lobster tail so it came after we were done with our plates. To have been charged over $100 for the visit they should be ashamed of themselves, this is no way to run a business. Stay away from here

Omgggg where should I start, I loved everything from this restaurant from the food to the servers, such an amazing and flavor full food we loved it so much, 10/10 recommended it to anyone that loves seafood

I went for lunch couple of days ago. The service was HORRIBLE! The waiter took my order, brought my salad. NO DRINK OR BISCUITS... 30 minutes went by and I called to get someone to actually wait on me. I don't think I will ever go back. Be more mindful of your wait staff...I feel they are running off good customers

Grilled oysters were old and dry they taste like they been having since the beginning of the pandemics I’ve never seen them like that I ordered a dozen and tried 3 and didn’t bother with the rest. They were so bad I left them there I had to spit them out they were so dry and rubbery. When I asked if they had chargrilled oysters I was told yes but they aren’t listed on the menu (that should’ve been my first clue) anything not listed on the menu must be ending hint hint.

I've got to give a HUGE shout out to our sever Steph, she is full of life and she always makes sure you are taken care of! from clearing out space, to ensuring your cups were filled, communication, she just made our entire night. She is amazing and I recommend her, 110%.Nicole, the manager went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure our dining experience was perfect. She was so kind and understanding.Lastly, but certainly not least, Elvis the freaking COOK!!! Let me tell you, this man slays the kitchen, everything was cooked to PERFECTION, seasoned perfectly, and just put completely dedication into it.I cannot wait to come back again!!!!
