Great food! The steaks were perfectly done! My Husband had the pork chop and enjoyed it very much, we also had a shrimp cocktail, which was yummy as well. My daughter got the soup and salad and said it was delicious. Service is great always a great place for local dinner

I love the Baytown location of Saltgrass. They are a repeat restaurant for us. They are usually very prompt in their service and the food is consistently good. Steaks are well prepared and to order. Once in a blue moon you're going to get an off-service deal where service is slow. I wouldn't take a large group there. With that said we like it most of the time and we have returned often. Give them a shot it's pretty good.

Waitress was not very attentive. I asked for hot tea and both times, she brought hot water but no tea bags. No plates for bread and appetizers Asked for fresh, hot coffee, received lukewarm, older coffee even after stating we would wait for fresh pot. Steaks took over 45 minutes after ordering to be served. Waitress .. think her name was Dia or something like that.. had long braided hair .. indicated kitchen was back up and did apologize but other tables around us were getting food. Also., it's rude to pick up bread without asking if we are done with it.. NOT our favorite Saltgrass and compared poorly with Saltgrass in Humble TX

The service from the bartenders and servers was spectacular and honestly the only reason I would be back! I made a reservation for 7:30pm and we arrived around 7:15pm so knew we would have to wait a little bit. The hostess let us know the walk ins that arrived prior to us would be sat first and then they would try to get us around reservation time. Around 7:45pm I went to ask the hostess if our table was almost ready, she said well we're trying- I asked if reservation takes priority over walk ins and she said sometimes they do! I said well usually reservations take priority since we decided to schedule a time. The hostess let me know that a few more groups were still ahead of us. We didn't get sat until after 8pm and they closed at 9pm so lights came up to full bright at 8:45pm or so- which was totally fine since we knew they were closing just felt rushed during the dinner!

Service was great. There was a bit of a delay with the food coming out and a couple of our steaks were not great, which is very unusual for this location, but our waitress saw to all of our needs perfectly.

Ordered Saltgrass in Baytown through Uber Eats. Food arrived old , cold, inedible. The Ribeye Steak was overcooked and dry as a bone , wilted salad and the potatoes horrible with so much garlic and salt inedible the burger was dry overcooked and with wilted old lettuce . The Wagon fries were cold and stale completely disgusting . Tried calling Saltgtass to report the issues and was hung up on twice and then left on hold 15 minutes. I called from another line and got answers right away and spoke with the manager Kim and told her my issues and asked why a manager allows this obvious below standard and inedible food be sent out to the customer . She had no answer for the nasty food that was over $110 bucks or why the host hung up on me and the put me on hold 15 minutes until I called from another number . She stated there was nothing she could do. Uber eats states they have to investigate the order and if accepted that it will be 5-7 days to receive a refund. I will not ever use UBER eats again nor will I be returning to Saltgrass ever again. This food I wouldn’t serve my dog .

Nothing to brag about.Even with reservations they sat other people before us. The drinks took forever. The meat was mediocre. Not impressed

Pass on the baked potato. Lost a point because how in the world does one mess up a baked potato?
Tough hard skin, no oil or seasonings on the outside. Just wasn't very good. Loaded toppings were ok.
Terrible dessert menu. No bread pudding at a place like this?? No creme Brulee at a steakhouse?
No port wine either..

One of the best medium rare sirloin steaks in the area. Chicken Tortilla soup is always on point. Elijah was a wonderful attentive server. Go see him and have a wonderful meal!!

Food was overcooked. Servers brought salad one minute before food came out, so we had to eat the salad quickly while our food got cold. 3 out of 4 dishes ordered were either rubbery, overcooked, or dry.

We had a top sirloin ,chicken fried chicken, a kids chz pizza and chicken strips. Food was great, but the service needs improvement. They looked short staff, but the server needs to consolidate better. We waited for refills for like 5-10 min.
