Somewhat pricey, but always a treat. When traveling we often find a Saltgrass along the way for a pleasant, relaxing meal. TIP -the earlier you have dinner, the calmer the atmosphere and the server has more time for you.

Worst experience I've had in any Saltgrass restaurant. After 3 attemps to get my husband's steak cooked correctly we gave up. After being told (we did not ask) 3 times they were sorry for the inconvenience and we would be taken care of nothing was offered to compensate the inconvenience from this. We will not visit the Baytown location again !

The food was terrible, my Ribeye was overcooked, my wife's chicken fried steak was soggy, our waitress acted mad that we complained about our food being terrible, I ate 1 bite of my meal and my wife didn't even take a bite. My wife has a little temper when she fills disrespected, so to avoid any issues, I just paid the bill and left. Of course, I caught hell for paying. But I also know she was about to get sideways with our server for her attitude. I mean, really, ladyYou brought Us out trash food. You lost a good customer, as we eat out a lot and if our food is good and service is good we tip 25 percent minimum everywhere we go. This was the first time we ate at this particular Saltgrass as we were in the area. We will stick to our own Saltgrass from now on. Do better. We understand people have bad days, but at least when you have friendly customers and their food is not right, don't get attitude and just make it right. I mean, we are paying for it to be right. But heck, I even paid for it to be trash. Some would say stupid me for paying. But I did yall a favor. My wife is the kindest, most given woman you can meet. But make her feel disrespected or basically F U. A Texas tornado is about to hit. So, to the waitress who served US and had the attitude, YOU ARE very WELCOME for the fact I took her out of there.

The family really enjoyed our dinner here. The wait was a little long for the food, but I think we came in at the end of a rush, and they were getting close to the end of the night but they made the wait worth while with great service and excellent food. I will return soon.Parking: Large areas that can accommodate RVs or commercial vehicles without causing a fuss with the 4 wheelers.
I stopped to have dinner and waited 20 minutes for a waitress. After 20 minutes the waitress working our area proceeded to start taking orders from a reservation table who was not even there when I arrived. They arrived 20 minutes after is. Then the hostess came and took our drink order, after waiting another 10 minutes with no drinks I decided to leave because my business was not wanted. This coming from someone that works in a service industry for 30 years I typically have patience but after 30 minutes with not even a drink of water I was done. They completely ruined my dinner experience. Now I could understand if they were short staffed, but I counted 6 waitresses. Some were working endlessly and others were riding the clock, and nobody even trying to assist us. Then when the reservation party arrived the waitress hurriedly went to help them while walking right passed us multiple time, not to mention the party of 6 who was expecting the same treatment as us. Bottom line left went down the road to Chili’s. Had a steak for half the price and service was outstanding. The steak was also very good. I guess I will start taking my Senior group to Chilis instead of Salt Grass. Worse service I have had in my life.
Wooow just wow!!! I am blown away by this place. The service the atmosphere and the FOOOOD!! I wish I had two stomachs!!! The Queso was to die for! The new york was absolutely cooked to perfection. Christian was a great help. Man this place is going to drain my bank account but you know what I don't mind I work hard so eating great food is always a plus!!! Well done guys keep it up!
