I went about a 2 weeks ago I was served by a lady @4:30am very rude since she took the order I pull up to pay and basically was thrown my order and handed my receipt and card to me in a very rude way . I stopped by this morning around 3:40am 12/18/2025 this time a guy helped me he took my order I pulled up he handed me my order receipt and card in a polite way and wished me a good day . Both times I went the donuts was cold but due to his customer service being good I am pleased.

ICE COLD ! ordered 1 dozen at 330am , the order was not even warned up. I want fresh , this was FAR from that! This was a mobile order placed 10 min ahead of time.

The employees and franchise are thieves.
I’ve already made at least three complaints for the same charge on the company website you are telling me to go to and no one has responded. so not only are you thieves, but you are liars as well.
I would give zero stars if possible, based on customer service alone. I made an online order 10/19/2025. 9:57 pm
I sent someone to pick up the order.
That person was told this order could not be filled. So the person who went to pick this order up purchased whatever they had available and then paid for it.
So to be clear, The order I made online was never filled, and a new order was purchased either in cash or on a separate card by another person.
And your employees marked the order ready to be picked up and never reached out to me to notify me that the order could not be fulfilled. They waited until someone went to pick it up, but it wasn’t ready. There were no donuts to fill the order.
The employee told the person I sent to pick it up that they didn’t know how to cancel the order and then I could call the next day to speak to the manager. So I called the next day to speak to the manager and then I was told again that I could call the next day and speak to the manager And that this order was not present in their system so obviously everyone here is lying. And someone has stolen my money.
When I called this location the next day, I asked them to cancel this order. They claimed it did not exist in their system. They told me to call back to speak to a manager. The following day I submitted a request to cancel this order online. I also requested to refuse this charge on my card because I never received this order. Not only did you refuse to refund me you refuse to allow my card to refute the charge.
No one ever picked this order up and you never canceled this order. You also never refunded me. You have stolen $12.84 from me.
If your employees don’t even know how to use your company website to fulfill, locate, cancel, or refund orders that are made on your company website, but you know how to use Uber within your store; I think you have failed as a business and a franchise.
I want my money back. I’m Physically incapable of going to your store to bug you personally.
So I will say what you are.

Be sure to get a receipt when purchasing on a debit card. I was charged twice. When I called to ask the manager said her system doesn't show that I was charged twice. I was charged twice for the same transaction. It was posted to my bank account. I can dispute it with my bank. They would have to turn off my debit card and issue new cards. It's really inconvenient to go though all that.
The manager at this location should have made it right by offering another option for me.
The whole situation is frustrating. And why are donuts so expensive!
Update: I tried to submit this complaint to the customer service link provided with proof of my bank charges. I haven't heard back from anyone.

Was a nice and big location . We ended up dining in. Coffee, donuts, and kolaches were great. Behind with the great experience, were helpful and friendly employees. Real nice atmosphere too

Came here for the first time today (10/29/25) at 9:45-9:47ish Pm. Nobody in the drive thru line just us. Ordered half a dozen glazed donuts and a kolache. The guy said it was going to be a 5 minute wait which I said ok that’s fine. Didn’t take 5 more like 2 minutes tops which he came out with hot fresh food. I can tell when food has been rewarmed but it was all fresh. Bid a gn and went on about our business.

Baby we went there at 950 pm. We were served hot donuts and kolaches. Delicious, 10 out of 10 I recommend. It was freshly made not rewarmed.

They have good strawberry sprinkle donuts and kolaches. Whenever we go through the drive thru. Shaniekqua is always polite and provides excellent service with a smile😊
