I hate and let me emphasize hate going to this Shipley's and I give them so many chances they have got the rudest people there and I love your product I love my donut holes and my chocolate milk but these people you need to start all over they're terrible!!

Wonderful donuts as always. Only a slight miscommunication. I ordered a chocolate iced cake donut and was given a chocolate iced glazed donut. Didn't find out until I was home. Other than that, it was great. The apple fritter bites were wonderful!

I stopped by early this morning to order gallons of coffee. I asked the staff who tried to help me at the counter about it and he seemed to either not know what type of products and services they offer as somebody working there or is having seconds thoughts taking my order (not wanting to do it). He then asked another co worker if they are selling such and when I asked the other staff about the gallon of coffee, he said they do not sell such and if i am talking about the gallon box displayed at the front ( which is how it is typically served) i was told that the box is a mere display and they do not sell such. Such a disappointing visit! The fact that you display such is also already a false advertisement of products this brand offers. I may go here for smaller orders or maybe not anymore at all. Thank God Starbucks is nearby that saved me for this and for donuts, I'd support the local donut shop nearby for sure more consistently from now on. On top of that, as I was leaving i kinda heard another staff asking about my order and kinda laughed. That was quite insulting or I was just overthinking it. I hope I was. I looked it up online if shipleys sell coffee gallons, and guess what I found online on their website; they do!!

Someone stole my mom's credit card. I attempted to call your store several times to ask what the person looked like because they keep trying to make charges on my account. But y'all did not answer. So why have a phone?

Cinnamon roll was great. I thought it was kind of dumb how one person would ring up the donuts and pack up that person's donuts before ringing up the next customer. Waited in line for way too long to get that cinnamon roll. One person could have been ringing up all of us while 1-2 people pack up donuts and give out food orders. Would have been way more efficient.
