The pizza was absolutely delicious. Calzone was great but I'll probably do the 'build your own' next time. I like ricotta in my 'zone and not sure if that's a choice. The "Alpine sauce" caught me off guard but I decided I did like it. The pizza dough is really good and I typically don't like a doughy pizza.
