I give Snowflake Donuts 5 stars out of 5. I ordered donut holes and they were warm and so good. Everyone is always bragging on Shipley's but I think Snowflake is the best. Staff is very friendly as well.

Very disappointed in snowflake. I have been coming here for years but it’s gone downhill. The donuts were very stale, and taste like they were fried in old oil. The iced coffee tasted like straight up syrup. I wanted to give it another chance but I’m very disappointed I hope they current owners read reviews and make corrections this has been a business in Baytown for a long time I’d hate to see something like this happen to it.

First visiting and last time unfortunately. I ordered a sausage and cheese kolache and and sausage and cheese and egg biscuit. The kolche was only sausage no cheese. The biscuit with the sausage was cold. Like refrigerator cold. They didn’t microwave it long enough I guess.

Love going here every morning to get breakfast for me and my brother. Not only does the food taste good, but they have great customer service.
Lovely establishment, well controlled. The selection is amazing. Workers and owners are super gracious to customers. I felt welcomed and at home. 100/10. must try
Canned donut filling, no longer homemade dough used and incompetent staff. New owners destroyed a place me and my late husband used to enjoy. ??
