Generally speaking, Sonic has fast service and the food is good. Today’s visit left a lot to be desired. We placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 2:47 pm, and the food wasn’t ready until after 3 pm.

Don't get a large blast the topping was just on the top most of the blast was just ice cream and I had paid for peanut butter to be added and it wasn't... don't waste your money. Just go get a gallon from the store . I basically over paid for plain vanilla ice cream

This is the second time I've ordered from this sonic within the 2 years I've been in Baytown. Everything appears fine but when I bite into my double cheeseburger the meat is lukewarm. There's no searing on it like it ever touched a grill, doesn't taste seasoned at all. The tater tots are unevenly cooked, there were a couple that were okay and then the majority were light in color, and then a few were refrigerator cold on the inside. I won't order here again. Also we put the order in around 8:00 pm, it was also the evening crew the last time I had poor quality food from here.

Where do I start!! 1st go up to order.. the girl comes out and said that that parking spot is broken. (Maybe hang a sign?!) 2nd paid using a card. Then they said “it didn’t go thru”. So had to pay again.. I’m about to check my bank to see if I got charges twice 3…. Chili dog.. chili was outside of the dog! No fork. NO NAPKINS!!! What food establishment has zero napkins! 4.. chicken sandwich that suppose to have lettuce, tomato, and Mayo. Now this one!! I never had a bad experience with any Sonic in the many years I choose to eat at. Ugh! We will NEVER be back

I’m not the one to have time to complain about things. But this has happen to me more than once at this location. First of all you have to remember which stall is working because half of them are down. On this occasion half of the workers were outside sitting at the picnic tables laughing, eating so u pull up of course to a stall not working, so I bag up go to a working stall. This is at 11:30 am I buzz the red button wait a few minutes, nothing… they are still visible outside at the table. I buzz the red button again nothing. I see a few worker’s coming outside going to a car parked at the stall by the front door I’m looking to see if they are bring them their order NO!!!! They are visiting with these people and not answering the speaker. So I pull up and say ma’am are you guys open she’s like yes we are. I said well no one is answering the speaker and I just drove off. I hate poor customer service especially when this location Looked fully staffed and it’s lacking service. Must be nice to get paid doing NOTHING!!

I haven't been here in years despite the convenience from my home, and going there LITERALLY just now reminded me as to why. I ordered a single medium fry that cost me $3.18 and was the size of the kids' meals cup. Ok, cool, not the biggest deal, but the fact they were soaked in grease and chewy was enough to make my stomach churn. I couldn't bring myself to put another one of those disgusting redipped grease links in my mouth. Oh, and despite them being OBVIOUSLY redipped, they were still cold???
I was helped by Sierra, she was very friendly, and she provided fast service. Highly recommend her.

I am sharing on the location across from Denny's, across I-10. The food and service here is always great.
I want everyone to be clear on something. There is ANOTHER Sonic on Garth just past the hospital and Walgreens/CVS. Different owners, different managers and terrible attitudes. Quality of service and food is terrible. I live closer to this one but REFUSE to go here because it is so bad. The employees for the most part could care less about you, the food, the job etc and the cause of that is a total lack of management. To hear it told, the manager is non-existant amd does a poor job when there. There is ZERO motivation, training or role-modeling for these employees. You get eyerolls, mumbling, closing the window in your face and if you say something courteous they just stare at you.
Do yourself a favor and drive the few extra miles down Garth to the good Sonic. If you don't, you will see what I mean and you will be sorry. You WILL do it the next time LOL! Consider yourselves warned.
