I have been an avid sonic goer for years. And this Sonic hit my top 5 for customer service. I only had one method of payment which they did not accept but worked with me to find a solution which took a min on my side and she did not rush me make me feel rushed that she was being inconvenienced like I know it was. So thank you so much for making my sad day a bit brighter!!
Generally speaking, Sonic has fast service and the food is good. Today’s visit left a lot to be desired. We placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 2:47 pm, and the food wasn’t ready until after 3 pm.
I am sharing on the location across from Denny's, across I-10. The food and service here is always great.
I want everyone to be clear on something. There is ANOTHER Sonic on Garth just past the hospital and Walgreens/CVS. Different owners, different managers and terrible attitudes.
