Placed a mobile order through the app and did as was instructed (pulled up to a stall and put the number in the app). It went through all the steps before saying that my order was ready and someone would bring it out to me. No one ever showed nor did my food. Had to push the button (broken mic btw) to get someone out here who had no idea I even had a mobile order and then went back in and brought me some random order that wasn't even close to mine. I then had to say that, and they had to get a manager to even figure out what happened. After about a total of 20 min, they finally bring out the right order without offering anything to make up for it.

Almost a completely empty parking lot and still had to wait almost twenty minutes and still had wrong items in our order.

The burger I ordered was so greasy it was literally spilling from the wrapper everywhere. After I used every napkin to soak it up I told my husband it was fine and to go head and go. It was dark so I didn’t notice, but on my third bite I noticed the texture was really off and I turned on the light to see raw patties.

I am absolutely disgusted.

At an empty drive thru, I waited at the window for 5 to 10 minutes before they even took my order. They sounded disappointed that I waited for someone to take my order. Customer service is bad at this location.

It’s not the first bad experience I have had with them but today was just rude. I stopped there around 10:23pm. Online it says they don’t close until midnight. Was waiting for a couple of minutes in the drive thru line waiting for someone to take my order through the speaker, since no one never took our order we drove up to the window. We saw 2 employees passing by back and forth. If it was closed we would have understood but they never acknowledged us. They just let on passing back and forth laughing and talking. They could have at least came to the window and inform us that it was close or whatever reason. I saw another car before me just leave as well with no food,

I decided to give Sonic another try. I went around 3 p.m., figuring it wouldn’t be too busy or rushed. As I pulled up, I noticed a guy behind his car in a stall, adjusting himself—awkward. But most of the stalls were full of cars, so I thought I might actually get something fresh. WRONG. The cars were empty.

The stall I pulled into had a broken screen, and the stall number was obscured by a sticker, which made it hard to find. I eventually managed to order, and my food arrived piping hot. I was so excited... but then I realized I had hot pickle fries and a lukewarm, burnt burger that was missing the bacon I paid for.

When I called to ask for a refund, they told me to call back tomorrow? Sigh... never again.

You wait a long time to receive luke warm food.

Food and service is good but they don't take orders from the app so you don't get the discount. If they did, I'd spend a lot more money there.

Being an over the road truck driver i've eaten in some of the worst places, this is by far one of them .
The place is depressing, and the food is horrendous I ordered a double cheeseburger it was dry and nasty like cardboard.. first and last time in one of this places.

Ordered 2 #1s=19.25
Gave man my card, then he swiped it and handed it back. He handed me my drinks. Charge showed up on my messenger, I was charged 19.25.
Then he comes back to window, and tells me card didn't go through. I showed him the message, but that didn't matter. He wanted to swipe my card again, which charged me 19.25,again. Now, I have to wait 5 dam days to be able to get my 19.25 back.
This isn't cool whatsoever.
If i get it back today, I'll take this review down. 20 bucks is alot of money to lose, for some mistake ya'lls computer made. I want it back today, not next week.
Will be no Next time, if I have to wait.
This is wrong to do customers like this.
The guy admitted the computer was acting up. Last time this happen,, I never got my money back.. NO MORE BUSINESS, FROM ME, IF I DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK TODAY.

This store has some ratchets working for it. I was gonna go there and order some food, but you can see outside some girl Twerking and dancing and then some other guy tried to come outside and start a confrontation for me driving through the drive-through. Apparently, both of them work for the store and I can honestly say I wouldn’t even go to it if I had to
