This location has changed a lot. Very few customers because the food is no longer fresh. Only the drive thru has been open for months now, there are no carhops. And I believe there may be 1-2 people employed at a time so that means 1-2 people are doing everything simultaneously. Food is not fresh. Location is not fresh. The iconic Cherry Limeade was not even served like Sonic serves it. Other restaurants in the area have invested in the upgrading of their buildings and service because new business and residences are now in Baytown. This location may need to shut down for a short time to rebrand and hire enough staff to come up to the level of the Sonic brand.

If I could leave no stars I would. Took at least fifteen minutes to get TWO drinks I ordered online. Pulled into a spot, and hit the red button to inform them I had arrived, because the app wouldn't let me check in. No one answered, so I pulled into the drive through where no one answered the intercom. I was eventually motioned to pull forward. I gave my name, and was informing her of my order but the girl just walked off. I will not be coming back, and do not recommend this location to others. There were only 3 other cars in the parking lot

I ordered 2 route 44 sweet peach teas & a cheeseburger with mustard, mayo & extra lettuce. My tea was watered down & tasted awful! My burger barely had any lettuce & gobs of mayo & mustard oozed out everywhere, as you can see in the photos. I will NEVER STOP here again!! I had to throw away my drinks & the burger!!

Waiting at the first food sign tried ordering nobody came back and said anything waited for 15 minutes then someone came out and said it didn’t work. Went another one and ordered our food 20 minutes later it came out when we started eating our large tater tots with cheese they was greasy with dirty looking oil and tasted really bad didn’t taste like tater tots at all they was nasty foot long chilly dog was over cooked the chili was cold the hamburger was dry and cold. Will not go back to that one that’s for sure

Oh my! I asked about a Diet Cherry Limeade and I got some kind of nasty carbonated drink that was absolutely the worst thing I have ever tasted in my life! Lemonade and lemonade are not carbonated beverages so that was the first clue something was off on this drink! It's been years since I've gone to a Sonic and suffice it to say I won't be back ever ever ever ever ever again! Absolutely disgusting

I have come to this establishment multiple times and almost every time they get my food wrong even on simple orders. Whoever they have taking orders has the worst attitude I have ever experienced in my entire life. The little remarks that their atrocious employees make is appalling. Don’t even waste your time at this location just go to the one down Eagle drive. I am extremely disappointed with how downhill it has went.
This place is a joke but as run down as it looks and only ever has 2 people working it beats the sonic on garth road. That place needs to be bulldozed to the ground. I will never know how it is still even open.

This place is trashy. Blizzards taste like they were made with spoiled milk. The guy working had to ask for our order more than 5 times to still get our order wrong and chunked his headset.
This place needs sold to someone winning to come in and put better management in place.
