Cinthia the manager there was amazing I was there for a business event. From setting up the event room to the service she provided to us it was like no other hotel I have been in. I recommend this hotel eye closed you will love it! Cinthia again thank you for everything you were so amazing and without all your help and your staff we couldn’t have done this!

Pros-the room was clean and the staff was really nice. Cons-the pool was crazy dirty and had algae. They ended up closing the pool after two days. The breakfast was ok but basic powder eggs and microwave bacon. They need to maintenance their elevator. The bed was broken and leaned to one side. Also my husband had to fix the toilet seat. It was crazy loose to the point it would slide. This place is ok if you need somewhere to stay for a work trip or in a pinch. If you are planning a vacation I would suggest spending the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Rude staff cannot complete simple tasks all other Marriott’s helped me out without any problems except for this one. I am a government employee and they didn’t ask for my tax exemption form. Since I was traveling a long distance I had to stay at 4 other Marriott’s across the USA. The last one asked for the form and I turned it in. I told them I didn’t turn it in at the other locations so they advised to call them. All the other Marriott’s I stayed at told me to email them the form and they will refund me the difference, except for this location. The staff at this location avoided me for days. I finally got someone on the phone and they advised me that they were not a real Marriott location.

First, we didn’t get a chance to stay here but we got a chance to experience customer service. Close-by hotel cancelled our reservation - no warning - we found out when we pull in at 12:40am-ish. Yes… at midnight ! We came here looking for a room but they were full too, now here’s where things change. The manager, Leticia, went out of her way to call another hotel for us and confirm they had a room. She didn’t have to do that, and because of that, we were able to sleep in a room not spend half the night searching. THANK YOU, Leticia! She truly is a gem!

I stayed at this location on 5/14/22-5/15/22. Although the hotel was beautiful, Hotel offered different amenities with a nice breakfast. UNFORTUNATELY, I'm left to question the safety of the location. Woke up to find parts stolen off vehicles.

Avoid like the plague. Don’t believe all the up vote reviews, which certainly come from them. This place and the staff are horrible.They don’t take Marriott points. They will run you company credit card so many times that fraud division calls you. Avoid

The water feature didn't work. Hot tub doesn't work and half the lights don't work. The staff is nice and room is clean but you can tell the place needs better maintenance. The place looks nice and clean though besides the pool.

The rooms were so so. We were in the first room for an hour. As I was sitting on the sofa I felt an ant was crawling on me. A few minutes later I noticed a second ant on me. After the third ant we requested another room (which we did get with apologies). The second room I noticed the a/c leaking on the floor. We used a towel to stop it from running in the room. The shower door handle felt like it was going fall off. Things should be maintained on a regular basis. Upon entering each room I used my wipes to sanitize the areas. I never had dirty wipes while staying I hotel rooms before. I had to used four different ones in the each room. The hallways and stairwells needed vacuuming. We were not happy to see the receptionist smoking out front! We will pass on this hotel in the future. My husband is platinum elite plan member. We do expect more from Marriott properties!

I had the pleasure of staying in this Marriot property during a recent trip to the area. I found this property on the BonVoy App as I was looking for a hotel in the area. The reviews were great and the price was right so I booked it. This is a great property right from my check-in in the modern and well-designed lobby and entrance area. I checked out other areas of this great new property and I have to say it was very impressive. My room was very large and spacious, divided into two main areas, the living room and the sleeping area. The bed was large and very comfortable with a wardrobe, a desk and a television. There are several USB and electrical outlets near the bed and on the desk. The desk itself has plenty of room to use your laptop comfortably. The wifi signal is strong and I had no problems connecting or staying connected. The living room area was fashionably decorated with high-end West Elm furniture. I had a coffee station with a small refrigerator and a microwave. The bathroom was bright, modern and very clean with TeaTree product in the shower. The hotel also had a good-sized fitness centre with modern exercise equipment. There were many different cardio machines to keep things interesting, as well as a corner with free weights and a cabled universal station. I was able to get a great workout in the gym. There is a heated indoor pool as well. The breakfast in the morning was very good, with several hot items, cereals, fresh fruits and fresh pastries. The servers at breakfast kept the food replenished and the breakfast clean. Although I was only here for one night, the hotel had given me a great impression at its a very modern and well-run hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Baytown area.

Our guests couldn't have been happier with this hotel choice during my daughter's wedding this past weeknd. The staff were so welcoming, catered to us to ensure that we had everything. Breakfast was delicious. We were able to enjoy the lounge area to play board games and cards, socialize and relax. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. I hightly recommend this hotel if you are having a wedding at the Spings in Wallisville.
I stayed here the weekend before Thanksgiving along with about 25 other family members for a special event. My first impression was of the front-desk staff, who were incredibly accommodating and gracious. Julia was especially helpful, helping us all get rooms close to one another, and allowing for early check-in and late check-out where possible. The attitude of her and every other employee we encountered made us feel welcomed and right at home. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable. And the beds! The beds were like soft clouds. I wanted to stay in all day, but the complimentary hot breakfast in the lobby was enticing enough to do the job. Great selection of food and all very fresh. I spent time with my niece swimming in the heated pool, which was a welcome amenity. I didn't have chance to visit the lobby bar but it was nice to know the option was there if I wanted to grab a drink or snack. And the snack & sundry shop was stocked with just about everything I could need. I will definitely choose this property when I visit the area again.

GREAT! describes the entire staff! Everyone........everyday was smiling, helpful & efficient! This hotel just remodeled. The daily buffet breakfast was "over-the-top" delicious! It deserves 5 stars! This will continue to be the hotel we stay at when visiting family. Ray & Hilda S.
