It was 10 minutes before closing but the staff was kind. I like the iced chai latte next time I'll ask for crushed ice if they have it. The egg and cheddar protein box did what I needed.

Night shift order. Pretty sad to have to do this but I pre ordered a coffee cake on the app. I went in to pick up and asked the cashier for my order. They had set aside my order and then she asked for help to find the coffee cake when she couldn’t find anymore. Then out of nowhere another one of the baristas that was working the drive through brought out 3 cakes and took them to the back, I’m assuming for her to save for herself. This then put the cashier in a predicament where she had to refund me my money because at that point my order was unable to be fulfilled. The one star is for the cashier who had no fault. The bad rating overall is for that other barista who clearly avoided the situation that put her coworker in a bad place for the customer. This really shows how the management trains their team on customer service.

Very friendly and customer centered. If there is an issue and you address respectfully there are never any issues because people are human and errors do occur. But even then I've always been treated with respect and any issues have immediately been resolved and with still grand service.

The shop was very clean, and the employees were nice. It is a very welcoming environment. But there was a man settled at a table with a sign that said coffee with God. I don’t like soliciting in any form. I received a 2 day offer from Starbucks for $3 off any drink and any size drink

To the manager or owner, they close your Starbucks store at 10pm when it says 10:30! I was there today 10:07 they refused to service
