I wanted my recipe to scan my recipe and find out that the girl named Jade scanned her phone with the Starbucks QR code app to open her account. Very disappointed

This starbucks is the worst. Who is the manager. It is easily the slowest one I've ever been to. Unless you order your drink 30 mins ahead, it will not be ready. I've tried ordering 15 mins ahead and terrible. They need new leadership and more training.

All I asked for was no whipped cream , NONE AT ALL and I also bought a Starbucks cup ! To have my drink put in she made it in a regular cup then proceeded to pour the made drink in my Starbucks cup which it not a problem but u dry put the toppings on my drink and I simply didn’t ask for them when I made a statement about it she wanted to remake it. If u ain’t wanna do yo job you should have called in hon ?
I walked up to the counter, two employees. Neither one spoke or even looked at us. Waited a few minutes standing there looking stupid then left for another location. I even said hello when i walked up but it didn’t matter. Funnily enough when I went to the next location, same thing. So if you see two reviews this happened back to back.

Staff is always nice but at the same time understaffed. Their is no reason to be waiting in line for 20+ minutes for a cup of coffee. Think about who your customers are= busy people who just want some coffee before they have to clock in at our own job. We dont have time to wait and when u stand in line just to leave otherwise youll be late for work is a horrible start to your day and u dont even have a coffee to show for it.

Ordered coffee today and apparently the barista today does know how to make coffee bc she had just made the coffee and it tasted like water… another person had complained that her coffee was also cold… order an online order due to waiting and line and the barista said she had to make online orders first ? totally sucks!

I was making a waiting line of more than 30 minutes, I understand that there were a lot of people !! Adults, pregnant women, children etc. waiting and the barista Monica never took the time to tell us that she was only making orders received online, when we told her why she communicated to us she was rude and very aggressive, we are going through difficult times without electricity, water and she with the worst attitude, Monica should consider looking for another job. Kroger is one of the best stores and it is necessary to have the best employees

Went in yesterday (5/12) for the Mother’s Day BOGO - around 230PM and the girls were standing talking to some guy - finally told me they were closed. When I asked why she said “well, it’s kinda busy and we are out of a lot of stuff” - mind you, google said they were open until 9PM. I called later to talk to someone about getting the BOGO deal another day or see why they actually closed I got RAYLEE on the phone- she said “some girl quit” and that’s why they closed, I then said what I was told earlier and she said “well, that too.” She wouldn’t give me the managers name and said she could give me the district manager, Wendy, her information, after being put on hold she comes back and says she can’t give me anything and she didn’t know customer services phone number and was extremely rude and hung up on me. I definitely wanna follow back up.

I ordered my drink and paid for it. Then realized that I forgot to ask for cold foam. Asked ANNA if she could add it. She said yes but made me get back in line to pay for it! $1.35. What a way to pay it forward ANNA! I would have never. What kind of customer service is that? Mind you, once I paid, the line was four people deep! She made the drink and sat in by the register until I paid the $1.35 as if I would have taken it before paying the $1.35! Ludacris! Hope it was worth it to her to be so committed to this multi million, possible, billion dollar company!
