The fam and I were blessed to make our first acquaintance with Steve’s on a Thursday Ribs Night. Hot dang did those smoky tangy lil numbers hit the spot and my one yr-old daughter just about ate her weight in brisket, so like whatever the 80th percentile of brisket is. Also, if you’re a Boudin Buff be sure to try their spicy boudin Sammie. Chef’s kiss ?Thanks, ladies.
I haven't been to this place in nearly a decade due to the fact that it is not along a route I frequently travel. Today, however, I was and decided to stop. It was really hard to choose among such variety, but I eventually decided upon the ribs and chopped beef. I have never been disappointed at Steve's, and they have forever been consistently...good! I am going to have to make a concentrated effort to travel off of my beaten path to patronize this wonderful family owned...
I've been passing by Steve's for years now but have always been on to tight of a schedule to stop. Today I was running a few minutes ahead of schedule so i was able to stop by and pick up a slice beef sandwich and a bag of chips to go .The owner's were awesome and the sandwich was on point . I will be returning with my family for shur. Highly recommend this place.
