I was getting my kids pizza when the lady helping me didn’t talk to me once. She speaks Spanish and 4 Hispanic guys came in and she immediately asked them what they wanted.I was going to get a sandwich but she lost my service after that.Please work on connecting with customers, it is a very important roll in the food industry. I won’t be back for a while.

The lady that was new was so sweet she made a mistake and the guy that was trainer her humiliated her and was so rude he was also sweating like crazy and was dripping sweat into the sandwich he was making we wanted to vomit. Do not go here. I hope the lady finds somewhere else or he gets fired because that was unacceptable.

JEAN OR JEAW couldn’t really tell his name since it’s faded out BUT anyway he is VERY rude. Gives the worst customer service ever. I normally don’t give a bad review or a review at all but I tried to make a joke with him because I figured it’s close to the end of his shift everyone needs a laugh sometimes and he got offensive and immediately started being rude. I walked in no one was at the front for a good minute he came up to the front and laughing I said “i was about to go back there and start making my sandwich” LAUGHING! In the end while preparing my sandwich I asked for ranch and he put peppered ranch I could have been rude right back and been a “KAREN” asking him to re do the whole sandwich BUT instead I was considerate that he might be having a bad day which normally I could care less! If you’re at work you leave everything at the door just like when you go home from work. Anyway, he needs some customer service training, smiling even with the mask on cause you can tell with your eyes when you smile! I’m a nurse and he will know who I am when he is asked about this.

Went to order a sub and i was having some trouble with one of my cards so I asked if he could split the payment and he says it does it on its own so maybe I just don't have any money ... I explained to him that maybe next time he shouldn't tell someone that they don't have any money because it's offensive...
