This is seriously the worst subway I have ever been to. They can't make a sandwich right to save their lives. Idk how it is so hard to follow printed instructions and juat make the sandwich they was its asked for. I only order from this location because its conveniently in the same parking lot I work in. I order online and 9 times out of 10 its completely wrong. And heaven forbid you take the sandwich back in for them to fix then they are completely rude and act like its my fault they can't do their job. 😡🤬 Picture of my most recent order. Took them 20 minutes for them to build me one sandwich a foot long, and there was two people working there. I was the only person there and one of them didn’t even help the other person nor acknowledge any customers she was sitting there with her AirPods in never visiting this location again service was horrible. They had no ice.

When Cintia makes the bread, she touches it without gloves throughout the process, they refuse grains for the bread as many times as necessary, they never throw away the bread and use it until it shows signs of being rotten, the new employees almost never wash their hands, The employee Megan uses the same cloth for the bathroom in the kitchen, they never throw away the food until it spoils, when the owner is in the store and a sandwich is burnt and the customer doesn't want it, she takes the toasted meat and he puts it with the new meat to be used again This is the Worst Subway in Baytown I do not recommend to go for your health, ?? Manager Cintia Don't Pay she Taxes There's a Lot of Corruption That the Owners Do I KNOW ALL THIS BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING AT IT, I WAS WORKING AND I LEFT BECAUSE THE MANAGER DID MANY ILLEGAL AND ILLEGAL THINGS

Asked for the new pretzel footling asked for the new cookie footlong apparently they don’t do it here when I asked if she could make it for me she stated everything was frozen… I asked how long would it take to make it it seemed like she wasn’t interested in making me the new promotion i drove this way for that ad and didn’t get

I work, there. Almost 2 1/2 yrs, now. It's a wonderful place to get your lunch, nice, clean, and it's easy to find....When I first started working there, alot of customers told me that they'd barely just started coming back, because the customer service, was horrible....I can see where they'd been coming frm...When We got a Decent Manager,ànd ofcoarse Myself, with my Awesome Customer Service, it turned into a 5 star sandwich shop!!! Now, we got new Management, so it's super organized, and super clean...I hate for people to touch my food, more less prepare it for me...I'm kinda weird, about people, and germs....I must say: I'd let my Co workers make my sandwich for me, and be able to eat it, with no worries.....

Went in with a coupon and was not able to use it because the lady made all these excuses as to why it would not work even before taking our order or scanning the coupon. Went and used the same coupon at the subway on Garth and worked completely fine. You are better off going to that location.

Im currently pregnant. My fiance ordered a veggie deluxe on flatbread for me, toasted with pickles , onions, olives, honey mustard , bacon & cheese. I always get this sandwich. My baby doesn't like mayonnaise so i try to stay away from it. He brought the sandwich home and nothing that we ordered to be put on it was there besides the onions, olives & bacon. The sandwhich had cucumbers, mayonnaise, a pile of lettuce, red onions & some bacon. I couldnt even finish it, i ended up puking because of the smell of the mayonnaise. I've always ordered this sandwich before and this is the third time they have messed it up. Im disappointed & will never go there again.
