Lady literally was on the phone while taking our order and continued her conversation on the phone while being completely disrespectful, no acknowledgement, no welcome, no nothing, dismissive and disrespectful, also used her gloved hand to move her phone and didn’t reglove afterwards avoid at all cost

The lady that was there was very rude to me.. yet ... nice to my husband. Once I paid I put NO TIP and yet... somehow the price still went up like $3 at payment.

Walked in at 8:49 and the girl helping the other customer told the other lady (a lady with washed out red hair and colored contacts) “more customers walked in” and the lady looked at us super annoyed and made up that “her boss wants them to close at 8:48” I said, “your door and google and every other subway is 9?” She refused to make eye contact and said in a very rude manner “it’s not on me, it’s on my boss. We were supposed to closed at 8:48” which is a clear lie, if that was the case the hours would say 8:48– not 9pm. She just didn’t want to work her work hours. Terrible service, she had an attitude and I won’t be back, just writing this to help other people who may find themselves hungry during subway work hours.

I walk in and she greeted me with so much respect the store looked amazing everything looked very fresh thank you subway for having employees so kindly we need that ☺️ will definitely be coming back

This place is an absolute joke. My fiance went and got us sandwiches which he described to the man exactly what I wanted. He comes home and tells me the sandwich feels very light so I open it up and there’s NO chicken, barely any avocado, and it looks like just mayo on bread. Absolutely ridiculous. My sandwich was only 7 ingredients… It’s not that hard. I would save your money and go elsewhere.

I don't know much about the atmosphere, since I ordered my food, but I can say the food itself that I ordered from this location was probably the worst I've ever had from Subway. The spinach was disgusting, and I don't mean just slightly wilted, I mean that you could smell it, strongly, and it was mushy and slimy. It was BAD. The bread on one of my sandwiches was burnt and hard, definitely not just toasted, and the club I ordered, I asked for Honey mustard instead of mayo, and somehow ended up with both mayo and honey mustard. Almost like it had been a pre-made sandwich, which I know isn't the case, but at the same time... it's hard not to imagine that's exactly what they did. It's a good thing that I'm not allergic to Mayo or something in mayo, otherwise this kind of mistake could have landed me in the hospital.

When you hire someone at least teach them how to make a sandwich. Kid who tried to make my tuna sandwich had over sized gloves causing him drop everything he put in the sandwich I had to ask the lady to step in and fix it for me.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The lady that made my food wasn’t so rude at first but that manager with the lil rusty silver dentures was rude af. She got upset because I asked for extra meat and told her I didn’t mind paying extra and the fact I used a coupon then her and the lady started being very rude upon checking out. So I told her she could keep the sandwiches and I would spend my money elsewhere she replied yeas please do and bye. It’s more to this story just too much to type. But upon reading other reviews it look like she rude to everyone
Placed an online order as I always do whenever I got to the store 30 minutes before they closed the door was locked, and the lady was behind the counter looked at me and then continued doing whatever she was doing. I then called the store multiple times no answer. They did not cancel my order and I have not been refunded nor did i get my sandwiches.
