Out of ALL PROTEINS when trying to place an order, including beans, ground beef, chicken and fajita meat? This is not a productive way to run a business.
Get a grip on inventory ordering because in times where you have customers trying to order... only to be shut down by the lack of inventory, not only do you lose money from potential customers...employees are getting paid on the clock to deny customer orders.
Now does that make any sense?

Waited at register for 30 mins the employees saw I was there no one helped finally asked them is no one working at the front the said use kiosk. They could’ve told us that at the beginning instead of waiting

ordered two crunch wrap supremes added extra sour cream and some jalapeños onto one of them, got charged extra for it and never even got it on there. put a completely different sauce onto it instead.

The look and condition of the food needs to be checked before giving the items to the customer.
Always fast and very good food. The only bad thing is that breakfast ends quickly.

we walked in and while ordering on the screens, the workers in the kitchen were making inappropriate noises. went in 10/12/2024 at 7:50pm. that shift should be talked to because s few of them were goofing off being unprofessional.
My family loves Taco Bell. Their food is hot, and the service is good. If they make a mistake, they make your order right. With great customer service and they add an extra drink or taco, whichever you choose. Just for the inconvenience. That's service from the old days when customer service meant something. It's good to know some businesses still practice the art of true customer service.
Overall not a bad location, only main complaint is the lack of attention to details (e.g. forgetting to grill burritos). And my personal gripe of them pulling my favorite online order and rewards options from the app.
