I order my plate by pointing and verbally stating what I wanted..well it took them like 20 minutes to bring my plate, which was not what I asked, but they charged me for what was brought....still not what I ordered the person inputed the wrong order..I wanted to return it but was short on time and hungry by this point... Don't plan on coming back.

I love the customer service. I dined in for the first time and not only was the manager on duty very knowledgeable the cashier who assisted me at the kiosk to place my order was very knowledgeable as well. I loved knowing I was able to make adjustments to certain items when for the longest I never knew I could. This location specifically has the best fresh tasting food that comes out very quickly in my opinion.

I recently ordered vegetarian tacos from this location, but unfortunately, my order included chicken and beef by mistake. I didn’t realize this until I had already eaten part of the taco. As someone who strictly avoids meat, this mistake was extremely upsetting and unacceptable.

This incident shows a lack of attention to detail and disregard for dietary preferences, which can seriously harm customers—whether for ethical, health, or religious reasons. I urge this location to improve its order handling and quality control processes to ensure such errors don’t happen again.

I hope Taco Bell takes this issue seriously and ensures it doesn’t happen to others.

Always take out. All the food taste and smell the same. It will definitely haunt you the next several hours. It is what it is. They did away with the Frito burritos which was quick.
