You go inside order your food on a screen pay for it with a card , would be nice to eat inside but atmosphere is not the same just as well to eat in your just like they use to in the old days ,drive up order your food on the speaker they bring out the food just like Sonic. They can't decide what to serve , and the menu keeps changing. They don't have enough people to keep the place clean.

Very bad customer service, I'm doing dordash and I've been standing at the window for an hour and they don't serve me or give me my order and the guy is sitting on the counter where they serve the food but he doesn't answer

Went in recently after they opened the lobby from their remodel. Was going to order KFC, but they told me that it was closed down and that it was only Taco Bell. I was a bit disappointed but I ordered tacos. The service was great, I had to get help with the kiosk. The girl showing me was really patient with me even though she was juggling drive thru orders thru her headset. The tacos I ordered came out really fast, which seems like a big improvement from when they still served KFC. Very fresh and crunchy. Will eat here again.

So i went in to the store to order food. While i am waiting to order. I am watching them make drive thru customers food . The lady that is making the food she is putting her hand all over the food no food gloves on at all. I see her do this several time touching people's food with her hands. As i make my order i told the girl about it she so ignored it completly. I see one of them pick up a bucket with her hands inside the bucket. I told them i did not want that bucket you just put your hands inside the bucket she wanted to start yelling at me she did not. So i came back with the same attitude saying i just saw you and the other girl touch peoples fries and food with your ungloved fingers. In too days time how do i not know if you have something i can catch or get sick from you touching my food or anyones else food. It is called food Safety for your customer and your self as the server. And you need to put food gloves on your hands that should be mandatory no way around it. And there should be a policy for wearing food gloves you dont wear food gloves you dont work.

Where's the meat on your food. Every item I ordered it was straight vegetables. It was almost criminal. If I wanted vegetables I would of ordered from the veggie cravings box.

I get there was a storm, yesterday but that doesn't explain why they decided to close the lobby and only allow drive thru orders. Drive thru was backed out to the road with no way to leave

Went to Taco Bell around 1:15pm. Service was fine but everything was served on a dirty tray, which is disgusting. Food was also missing the taco. Picture is how the tray looked when I picked up my food from service counter. Didn’t eat the chips because they touched the dirty tray.

bad experience not only did they make me pull up and wait but it wasn't even that busy. The chicken wasn't hot and to make matters worse it was not fresh it tasted like it had been sitting out. which probably wasn't the worst part the worst part is I think they threw it in the fryer to warm it up. ? the bag was soaked in fryer grease and the chicken had fryer grease leaking all over the box so bad that my chicken fell out the bottom of the box when I picked it right on the floor of motel. I will not be going back to this location

My family and I live near this location but prefer to go to any other location than this one. We always have a large order and there is never one item in our order that is correct. This evening we ordered the Feista Potatoes and I could count on one hand the amount of potatoes that were in the container. That is just one example of how badly the store needs to revamp the training of its employees from management down to the line cooks. When you try to call the store number you will eventually have your call answered but you will be put on hold for 5 seconds before having the call disconnected. There needs to be some oversight brought into this store and some consequences for management for their shoddy management and training.

I recently visited Taco Bell, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. As a long-time customer, I’ve noticed some concerning changes that have negatively impacted my experiences during my last few visits. One thing that has caught my attention is the noticeable increase in prices. What used to be an affordable fast-food option now feels like a splurge. It’s disheartening to see prices rise without a corresponding improvement in quality. Taco Bell used to be my go-to place for quick, tasty meals, but my recent visit left me disappointed. The food quality has taken a nosedive. The nachos were a soggy mess. Instead of the crispy, cheesy delight I expected, I received a plate of limp chips drowning in a sea of melted cheese. It was unappetizing and far from the classic nachos I remember. To top it off, the beans were dry and clumpy—it felt like they had been sitting out for a while. The crunchy wrap I ordered was also disappointing. It had almost no meat—just a sad sprinkling of what might have been beef. I understand that fast food isn’t gourmet dining, but this was unacceptable.Additionally the long wait time during my visit added to the frustration. Waiting excessively for my order made the overall experience less enjoyable. The combination of higher prices, extended wait times and declining food quality has me reconsidering my loyalty. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on improving their offerings. ??
