They were blasting horrible music from the kitchen and the lobby music mixed with it was such a bad experience. I ordered it dine in and they put it in a bag which I kind of understand because the food was bad.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had going into a place of business. It mind boggles me that I still couldn’t get proper customer service or fresh food when I ordered on the app prior to arriving. Waited about 5-8 minutes for three items all of which were not fresh or even properly made… if I see the two females that were working and gave me a horrible attitude here again I will not be giving this location my business

The place is super clean and the service is really fast, which I loved. My food came out fresh and the staff was nice. The only downside is the AC it’s blasting so hard that it makes the whole place freezing, and my food got cold within minutes. (Feels like ac is set to lowest temp and highest fan speed )

You go inside order your food on a screen pay for it with a card , would be nice to eat inside but atmosphere is not the same just as well to eat in your just like they use to in the old days ,drive up order your food on the speaker they bring out the food just like Sonic. They can't decide what to serve , and the menu keeps changing. They don't have enough people to keep the place clean.
Very bad customer service, I'm doing dordash and I've been standing at the window for an hour and they don't serve me or give me my order and the guy is sitting on the counter where they serve the food but he doesn't answer

Went in recently after they opened the lobby from their remodel. Was going to order KFC, but they told me that it was closed down and that it was only Taco Bell. I was a bit disappointed but I ordered tacos. The service was great, I had to get help with the kiosk. The girl showing me was really patient with me even though she was juggling drive thru orders thru her headset. The tacos I ordered came out really fast, which seems like a big improvement from when they still served KFC. Very fresh and crunchy. Will eat here again.
So i went in to the store to order food. While i am waiting to order. I am watching them make drive thru customers food . The lady that is making the food she is putting her hand all over the food no food gloves on at all. I see her do this several time touching people's food with her hands. As i make my order i told the girl about it she so ignored it completly. I see one of them pick up a bucket with her hands inside the bucket. I told them i did not want that bucket you just put your hands inside the bucket she wanted to start yelling at me she did not. So i came back with the same attitude saying i just saw you and the other girl touch peoples fries and food with your ungloved fingers. In too days time how do i not know if you have something i can catch or get sick from you touching my food or anyones else food. It is called food Safety for your customer and your self as the server. And you need to put food gloves on your hands that should be mandatory no way around it. And there should be a policy for wearing food gloves you dont wear food gloves you dont work.
The restaurant is Dirty. I didn't want to touch anything let alone eat the food. Sorry, not sorry ! Do beter kfc/ Taco bell

Where's the meat on your food. Every item I ordered it was straight vegetables. It was almost criminal. If I wanted vegetables I would of ordered from the veggie cravings box.
