They insist on you using electronic kiosks to order. Unfortunately, the touch screens don't work very well. It might also be better if the screens faced the menu boards. The quesadilla I had wasn't cut, and the chicken was stringy. It was very difficult and messy to eat.

The people at this location are very rude and very ready to have you leave their drive thru. I have gone here several times and it is the same experience every time. Managers/owners of this location, please train your employees to be kind. This is the worst fast food place in Baytown in terms of customer service. I dread every time I have to come here. Next time, I will definitely be going to the one on Garth, and I would suggest that yall do the same. The management at the one in Garth definitely teaches their employees how to be kind and provide good customer service.
