Y’all have got to get someone else to take them orders at the drive-through this is about my fourth time coming and it’s been the same lady and every time my order has been wrong

We have previously always ordered the family pack. It was good and gave us plenty of food for a family pack. It came with chips, queso, salsa and pico de Gallo and the chicken fajita mix came in a medium sized foil tray. It was good but the next few times we have ordered or came to order was a disaster. The staff did not know how to process the online order. When we received the notification that our order was ready, they claim to not have received it and took almost an hour after the pick up time. The other time we came in to order it the staff claims it's only for dine in and we can't order it. When they did process the order, the food was not even enough for two adults, came in a Styrofoam take out box with 4 tortillas and we were charged full price and we did not receive all of what was supposed to come with. It was just a disappointment. But that was our experience.

Food is good! Good flavor. The thing I didn't like is that I ordered tacos they gave me the car behind me tacos. I opened them then I realized they were wrong WELL my kid started eating one and I drove around told the lady in the window she said okay come to the window. She said no los toque por que son del otro carro I said ma'am you can't just give them to her she said I'm just gonna re wrapped them. This was my first probably my last time. What if the person that got them spit in them?? Your supposed to re make them and not take food back if u do they need to go to 🗑 trash. 😒😒

10 dollars for a orange juice? That's ridiculously expensive I do not recommend this place unless you want to get ripped off

Went there on Tuesday and ordered some tacos for me and a fajita mixta for my friend and the dish was horrible the chicken didn't even have salt and was hard as a stick same the beef. The tacos were better at el pastor. But they don't have love for cooking the food in my house tastes better than what they served me there. The waiter was very kind to us. They have to work more in the kitchen
With the amount of cockroaches this taco shop has, I don't know why they haven't closed it.

it was an exquisite experience and I'm sooooooo glad I picked up food there. love being paid especially when I'm tipped ten percent or more. I deserve it as do all drivers. you want me to drive forty miles? pay me a dollar per mile.

they charge for cilantro & cebolla which is ridiculous! $12 for 6 tacos.. i have never been to a place where they charge for that when it should come with the tacos! i also saw roaches on the wall. never dining here again
