I love Tea City ! It’s such a cute place and staff is always friendly . I’ve also seen the owner a couple of times and she is super nice as well! I always order the coffee vanilla with boba and let me tell you it’s amazing ! When I discover this , I stopped going anywhere else for my coffee. 10/10 ! ⭐️

Service was good, but I ordered a Thai tea and it tasted revolting. Either it was old or the tea brewer was cross contaminated with other teas such as Chai and flavors crossed. Tossed away a 7 dollar drink, what a waste. Probably just going to brew my own stuff again. This place was good, either off day or its going downhill. There are other bobba places in the area now.
Edit 10/19/2025 - Called expressing concern something was off with the product and the staff answered the phone after several rings. Response was apathetic, please train your staff with some degree of customer service if you plan to service the area.
Final Edit: I know the difference between Chai and Thai tea, it tasted as it was cross contaminated with those teas. Sad to see a good place go down hill.

My girls and I had a great experience when we visited this location. It was very cute and clean. The staff were exceptional friendly and efficient. We would go back and definitely recommend!
The staff was pretty cool and patient with what we wanted. The place alone has a cool vibe and the drinks are freaking awesome! Got a strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba and a Hokkaido smoothie with brown sugar boba. The vibe of the place was pretty cool!

I had a great experience at Tea City in Baytown! The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made my visit really nice. The tea was tasty, and they have lots of flavors to pick from. The place was clean and cozy, perfect for hanging out or just taking a break. I'll definitely be going back

As a business owner, customer service and professionalism matter, especially when addressing concerns. Unfortunately, this situation was not handled correctly from the start. When my daughter realized she had left her punch card, she did the right thing by calling to inquire about it. Instead of receiving basic assistance, she was met with dismissiveness and excuses.
The employee she spoke with did not communicate clearly or offer a solution. Instead, they stated that there was “no way to tell which punch card was hers” and that “they throw them away.” If that’s what she was told, why would she come back for something that was allegedly discarded? Now, the owner is responding with a different version of the story, saying the card was left on the counter or register. Had that been communicated correctly, this wouldn’t even be an issue.
At the end of the day, this is not about the punch card—it’s about how customers are treated. Instead of making excuses, a sincere apology and better communication could have easily resolved this. But based on this poor experience and lack of professionalism, my daughter and I will no longer be supporting this establishment.
