I was disappointed in my meal. I ordered fried sirloin an it was very over cooked an hard. I would of brought it back if it weren't for having to fight the traffic. Sides an bread were great.

My family and I unfortunately chose Texas roadhouse on Garth road, baytown for our family dinner. It was the worst experience we have had so far. Multiple stakes were horribly undercooked,to be precise two 20 ounce bone in ribeye and one 8 ounce sirloin. I asked for a medium rare for the ribeye , the state of the meat was as if it was only laid on the grill for 2 seconds, the inside of the stake was still cold and very raw. I asked for the stakes to be taken back, after a 39 minute wait the meat was unacceptable. The meat was now dry and burned! Does texas roadhouse realize what is like to savor a meal they advertise and to deliver so badly ! They are supposed to be a steak house! ... you would expect for their cooks to know what they are doing. The mananager brushed us off and excused her staff with " we have new cooks". Honestly our experice was so terrible , no empathy towards the customer. We will not be attending again I rather go the extra mile and drive to a real steakhouse.

My drink got forgot about and when brought it was watered down so I had to find someone to ask to get it remade when it finally got brought out I already had my food. Took one bite of my fried steak to realize they gave me friend chicken instead. I’m just overly dissappointed in my stay at the roadhouse. Do better roadhouse plz !!

I was very disappointed in the kitchen this evening. Ordered grilled it was raw. The wife ordered a steak medium well, and it was medium rare. By the time I got my chicken, I was finished with everything else. The wife's second steak looked ok at first but realized they had burned one side of the steak and just faced that side down. It was black on that side, and after a few bits, it became tough. Now a manager, I think, came out after to check on us. No comp or offer of dessert, which goes a long way for this ol fat boy but not expected. I hadn't been here in quite some time but brought family here the prior weekend to this visit, and food and service were great, so maybe a hit or miss kinda place.
