Watch out for BPD!!! Let me preface this: I am 50+ yrs old (and was dressed very modestly. I was not dressed to “go out” that night. I got in my car to call a friend to come pick us up. I was yanked out of my car - the person I was on the phone with heard the commotion and had no idea what was happening. I walked straight out the door to my car, no interaction with anyone. I was arrested and charged PI. It was closing time. Yes, I was very drunk, but I was responsibly calling for a ride. They didn’t let me turn my car off. They didn’t let me get my phone or my purse. Taken to PD with no phone to call for a ride in the morning. I’ve been before when a lady was so drunk she couldn’t stand up or keep her eyes open. The BPD on duty called an Uber to make sure she made it home safely. The only reason I was picked up the next day was because the tow truck driver heard my son calling many times and leaving messages (hmmm. How did he hear that?) I had no phone to call anyone.

I love this place, but it's going down fast! They don't enforce the dress code, too many people old and young showing up in Tshirts and sneakers for dances.

Charged a $30 cover per person. Then was charged $46 for 1 beer, 1 single tall vodka and sprite and two shots of jagerbomb. Never received a receipt. Called to discuss charges with manager and she said she’d call me back and never returned my call. Will not be back. Will not recommend.

When to the chute about a week ago and had so much fun. Great music and amazing atmosphere. Your typical hole in the wall saloon style. Big dance food to spin you Sissy around all night. The staff is all helpful and always there to bring you a drink. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be going back.

This place has gone to crap. They now only have 2 pool tables instead of the normal 5 and thats what people come for. The atmosphere has changed...and not for the better.

The only place open on a Sunday night has terrible service, that's why people are choosing to go to downtown Houston and you are left alone...

Terrible service… I was there on Sunday because I had nowhere to go and they didn't want to sell me drinks because according to my friends they were drunk and they weren't… I asked for the manager so he could look into us and they never paid attention to me.

The Chute has been upgraded, I give it a 10/10. If there was more stars I’d put them. Drinks were top tier, very fast and quick service. Vibe was great and their live music taste is chefs kiss.

I have been coming here for years and I came on Wednesday which is tejano night only to hear yall are charging $50 a person to get in plus $50 for a table! $100 just to get in and sit down and I haven’t even had a drink! Crazy work.
